I keep getting constant calls from them for months now. They're very pushy which is a red flag. Real solicitors wouldn't try that hard.

Company details

  1. Legal Services

Written by the company

We are investigating a group claim against car manufactures over allegations that a number of diesel vehicles were fitted with “defeat devices” that enable them to cheat legal emissions tests. We believe that VW, AUDI, SKODA and Mercedes all breached emissions regulations by fitting the “defeat devices” to hundreds of thousands of vehicles manufactured in the UK between 2008 - 2015. We are fighting for compensation on behalf of owners of these vehicles, who we believe were deliberately misled over the environmental impact of their vehicles. Claims could be potentially worth up to 75% of the purchase price of each vehicle affected. We believe around 1.2 million British vehicles were fitted with these “defeat devices” and their owner's are entitled to compensation!

Scam! Now getting more than 50 unwanted calls a day

I have no idea how this company has my details but they're seriously affecting my life with constant unwanted calls at all hours from different mobile numbers. I ask to be removed and block every number but 5 minutes later a new one calls. I've reported to all authorities including police and ICO but it continues. My business relies on me being able to take calls from unknown mobiles. I think my only option is to change my number (which I've had for 20 years!). I really hope they're shut down quickly.

I normally double check these sites

I normally double check these sites, but I am finding it hard to survive and could do with a break. I made a mistake by signing with emissions cheat claim and I am hoping nothing bad happens. I feel sites like this one should be blocked from every search engine.

Dieselclaim

I decided not to proceed with this claim and 'unsubscribed'. Since then I have been inundated with texts (to which I cannot reply!) asking for ID etc, I have also received several emails in my 'spam' box. I have no proof that my reply that I do not wish to proceed has been sent or received. I feel that this is somewhat annoying, and worrying.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. I have reported it to the police today, the ICO and the SRA. These guys are harvesting data and goodness knows what they are doing with it but I can tell you it’s not to do with diesel claims. I was told on the telephone that I have a successful claim, they already had most of my details but wanted me to give my signature in a box. I didn’t do this especially when I read they are NOT AUTHORISED by the FCA or the SRA. Below, you will see that they respond to peoples’ negative comments by encouraging contact to the SRA or saying their website and telephone number is available here on trust pilot. Try calling it and speaking to someone. Try asking where and why your data is being kept. These guys are in trouble

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
Received a call today. As I was out and in a rush I didn't take that must notice of the call and believed them. I told them i had been refused b4 and they said its wrong. I gave them my number and rcvd a text message to sign a form that has no contract which i overlooked and signd. Now I realised I shouldn't have as they have my signature and details can use for whatever reason. Please be careful when callers ask for a signature and other details. DONT GIVE OR SEND IT. Another suspicion was initially they had my car details and ask for the car registration again! They ask for my date of birth and i gave that too! When i said you should know my dob they said they just wanna double check and i blindly believed only bcoz i was out and distracted. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE CALLERS. They told me my email address they got from DVLA as they work alongside them. A LIE!! I dont know how they got it from but i realised when i came home its not the one i use for DVLA. Luckily i didnt send a copy of my licence as have not rcvd any message. Who ask for a selfie!! How unprofessional!! Now im thinking back to our conversation and how easily i believed them! When I got home I checked their address that was on the email they sent me and noticed it was wrong. Farsley is in Leeds but the postcode was CW2 which is somewhere down south!! When i checked both addresses they were for different businesses!!
I rang the number they called me from and a music played. No ring tone, no answer!! It's so sad how these scammers have nothing better to do than sit and plan how to hurt people just for money. LOOSERS. I PRAY YOU ALL SUFFER IN THIS LIFE SO BAD THAT THE PAIN WILL KILL YOU ALL ALIVE AND THEN GO TO HELL @ 'EMISSIONS CHEAT TEAM' The clue is in the name- CHEAT!! I'm so angry I answered the call and gave my details. I will be reporting this to the officials and media and hope theybget caught. I HOPE MY REVIEW WILL HELP OTHERS AND PLEASE IGNORE IF THE 'CHEATING TEAM' REPLY.

Complete scam BEWARELLPL0PL0LL0

This is a complete scam to get your name dob address bank details your photo id. Once they get that they have stolen your identity. No win no fee but they dont tell you tbere comission. It could be 95% and they will use your identity to make the claim. You cant email back they dont have a phone number or company email. Do NOT click link.in their non return txt messages or you will lose more details. Their is genuine claim companies and these scammers use similar names to avoid detection. Look for solicitors doing the claims with phones and addresses. I know anyone can get caught but really no website no phone number no idea what comission you are agreeing to non return txts with dodgy links. Look at emmission email name it will be helen @ yahoo not even a company emaiĺ no company address. It begs the question folks are you completely stupid its 2022. Greed will make you blind. Hope this helps. All these 5 star reviews are the scammers they have these losers making new emails up and writing great reviews.

They are very unprofessional

They are very unprofessional. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam They keep asking for a photo and then a selfie

I’ve sent them 23 photos to date and they keep asking the same questions.
You cannot block them. You cannot find any contact us details. there’s no customer service.
emissionscheatclaim.co.uk
I’ve read their reply which makes no sense
They’ve obviously not even read my review
I have posted here !
Yes I can read and noted they require ID
BUT NOT 23 times of photos & selfies
Now they want my driving licence ??!!!
Where is all this IDENTIFICATION going?
I’ve sent - Selfies / photos 23 times ??!!!!!!
and they still message me to send more
Why would I do this when the whole organisation is terribly unprofessional
There is NO customer service number or advice & guidance number/email/or link
My review stands
UNPROFESSIONAL & whoever they are they cannot read

Reply from Emissions Claim Centre

Hi Elaine - all clients are advised at the time of making a claim that in order for this to progress (legally) we must adhere to strict SRA guidelines and that includes verifying your identity with a photo of your driving licence and then a selfie (to prove true likeness). The test message reminders come for a period of 10 days as most people forget to do this when prompted.

As for your claim of their being no telephone number available - it is listed right here on the trutpilot page!

this is most certainly not a scam and should you wish to discuss this further we would be delighted to provide all our credentials.

This is no scam.

You must have missed the news on 25th May 2022 where VW Group announced they are to settle these claims at a cost of £193 million?

Claims are now available for other manufacturers: Renault, Ford, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover & Mazda.

When you say no website, please clarify as you clearly made a submission through our site?

This is obviously a scam

This is obviously a scam, one which they didn't even out much effort into making it realistic. 'Their team page' consists of Nicky, Nic, Tess and Lisa and whom photos are basic stock images which can easily be reverse reached and seen on every fake scam page ever. Please stay away from such things - anything too good to be true is definitely not. You're definitely not getting the £10000 diesel car compensation at all.
