Worst appliance company in the world

Seem to be supplying appliances for ikea. After months of to and fro they turned round and said fault with dishwasher wasn’t under guarantee as we didn’t tell them as soon as the problem appeared. Now have spent months with a broken microwave and we have submitted our details four times now. We give our information and then nothing happens. When we go back to chase things up they claim to have no information from us. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and their guarantees aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. If your appliance breaks down, tough, you’ll have to repair or replace it yourself.

Bought the laundry tower in august

Bought the laundry tower in august, wasn’t delivered until October, washer broke in December. I have had clothes stuck in the washing machine for 3 weeks! They sent a tech out who had no idea what was wrong but ordered some parts to try and work it out. Parts came, but they don’t have a tech for another week so still sits the $2,000 useless appliance. Expect to spend at least 30 min on hold for customer service to answer and then expect them to not fox the problem. Will never buy from them again. Ever.

Terrible experience as delivery takes weeks/months.

We ordered and paid a washing machine and tumble dryer on 21/10 and until today 27/11 nothing has been delivered. Only promises and we stayed home 2 full days waiting, but no delivery. Customer service of AEG/Electrolux don't seem to care at all. Terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend buying online with them again!!

The same bad experience in Denmark too

We were promised over the phone and via SMS that the replacement part would arrive in week 40. The technician came in week 41 but informed us that the part had still not arrived and would "look into the matter." How long is this supposed to continue? A company that cannot even repair a fridge—what should one expect from the rest of the company's service? If you are unable to fix the problem immediately, we demand that you deliver a new fridge right away. It is unacceptable that we are still without a fridge! Your usual response, "We are doing everything we can," is simply not good enough! We've had the same bad experience in Denmark too.

Items from Electrolux don't last a year

recieved a Smoothieblender as a gift, after 10 months the mount where knife is placed broke in the plastic. Contacted Customer support that would not help without a receipt. Offered that I could buy a new knife/mount same price almost as an entire new maschine - so warning - items from electrolux are not made to last a year!!

Dishonest Cowboys

Horrendous customer service.
Faulty fridge freezer and paid £169 as a fixed fee repair. No repairs were made. Electrolux and Pacifica undertaking the repairs have LIED from start to finish. Engineer who visited was intimidating. Still waiting for a refund which I requested 3 weeks ago. Give me my money back!
Will be taking this matter further.

Absolutely horrible company to deal…

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. The customer care number is totally useless and they definitely do not care .

They keep telling their authorized dealer that there’s a 3 or 4 day delay in shipping a part for an oven still under warranty.

That was a month ago.
I phoned customer care , they sent me the link to order the part as it was in stock and I would receive it within 3-5 days it says on the email. That was 10 days ago, and now they say it has shipped but not dispatched. And can not provide tracking details.

Appalling company.

I wish I could give a negative star.
I will be looking into whether Electrolux has breached any consumer responsibilities.

worst appliance and costumer service…

worst appliance and costumer service ever.
After 6 months of use, washign machine was broken. Ask for warranty service, and after 4 visits (within 2 months) they said it was unrepairable, and shoudl send a replacement machine.
Had to wait 2 weeks to receive a new one, which arrived broken, then sent another one 3 weeks after and guess what? BROKEN AGAIN. They cant do 1 thing good. Just avoid this company if your time and money worth something.
