I have used ecomdash since 2015

I have used ecomdash since 2015, and am satisfied overall. However, they are still far from perfection. The Amazon component does not work, i.e., I can't launch to Amazon from ecomdash, for example. I have to create a listing in Amazon and then integrate it to ecomdash.
The site is often slow to load.
Customer service is great, but I have the feeling they are overloaded.
I don't know of a better third party management.

We have been using Ecomdash for many years. They have the absolute tech/ customer support. Any questions, they are always very supportive. The system is intuitive, fast and incredibly reliable. Everything we needed to streamline our business. A true upgrade for our business.

Ecomdash is HORRIBLE

Ecomdash is HORRIBLE
Do not use them!
They have been working on a fix for me to update listings on Shopify for the past 10 weeks and they keep saying they are "working on it" but they should have been working on it before shopify did an update to avoid this issue in the first place.

They also do not have a current Amazon api so that does not work properly either. We have been waiting on that fix for 2 weeks.

They have not reduced our bill for lack of service either.

Terrible tech service!!

Overall very user friendly software

Overall very user friendly software, support is good. But I wish they could reply faster. Answers are logical and straight to the point. Not like with Amazon when you have feelings that support is smoking something before they reply.

Ecomdash is essentially dead now.

Ecomdash no longer accepting new customers. Bought by Web.com but it is impossible to see what the role with web.com is on their website as they offer no direct subscription to ecomdash even though they have a marketing page for them. FBA quantities no longer sync and they are no longer adding order sources, like Walmart WFS or EDI sources from big retailers.

Extremely slow.

Very, very slow. Pages very often take up to two minutes to load. This makes it very time consuming. ecomdash is not made for efficiency, meaning, not for businesses.

API Breaks to Walmart-Nothing but Excuses

They lost their API conneciton to Walmart. As a customer I was never informed of this, as I do need that feature. I contactted them and was told that Walmart changed their API without notice. Other tools like Shipstation are working and they use the Walmart API. A week or more later I am told the same thing with zero followup. The only thing worse than their support, is the management and leadership at this company which is non existant. I am going to contact Walmart support and find out what really happened. Rarely will changes be made to an API without any communication. Even if that was the case, the timeframe to fix this shows they dont have the right people working on this.

Deficient tech support Tam

Awful customer service

Their website claims that their software does EVERYTHING but it is just a lie. In fact, the app does not work properly. The GUI is dated. Worst of all the customer service is awful. One of the worst customer service I dealt with in the past 5 years. Please note that once you add your credit card, it is impossible to remove and they will keep taking money from your card withing sending any email or invoice. Do yourself a favour and stay away. There are plenty better options!

They used to be a great service a few…

They used to be a great service a few years ago. The chat personnel were knowledgable and the level II techs were quick at getting more serious problems resolved. In the last few months it seems that they replaced the great techs with people who can only search their quick tabs for problem solving and have no real understanding of how the system works. Also, you have ZERO contact with anyone who can actually get things done except for email, and they are now taking days or even weeks to come up with solutions. I had an integration problem that was costing me sales and over the period of more than a week, they did not answer my emails nor provided any solutions. I finally hired an Upwork professional and in less than an hour it was working.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and Ecomdash is no longer picking up orders from my Woocommerce integrations. Four days ago I reported this and still no response. Their chat is disconnected so all you can do is email them. You usually get the same response of something like clear your cache or other useless reply.

Not being able to converse with level II teck support will kill this company with the problems they are having now. I am switching back to Ordoro even though is more expensive. Their customer support is superior in every way.

Regretful decision

Spent best part of 2-3 days setting up ecomdash as a solution due to its offered features. Many features are poorly designed and do not function as advertised.

The product listing feature is clunky with templates that do no preview fully so you won't know the final listing view until after published.

Customer support have also not been any help to any issues raised and lack of technical understanding causes extremely long response times with going back and forth with no solutions. They also close ongoing issues and even had someone claim that tickets are made "resolved" whenever they respond instead of being "open" which is false.

Application also lacks basic security such as 2FA.

Does not support xero properly nor does it forward the cost of goods alongside sales.

SCAM

First, the software didn't work well as it didn't update inventory correctly, leading us to oversell. Then, after my trial was up, they billed me $135 even though the plan is $25. I couldn't even cancel because it said my trial was up and didnt even show me on a plan. Then I was charged another $135. They tried to say it was based on sales, but we only had a few sales on ecomdash products. I had to force them to cancel which hopefully they did, because their site didn't show I was on any plan, so why was I being charged $135 over and over? They still haven't answered that question. This company is a SCAM. Stay way

AVOID

They encourage you to do a trial. To do so, you need to give them your credit card.
After seeing the product I knew it wasn't for me.

I have not used the product ever!
In fact there has been ZERO activity on the platform from me.

But they continue to bill my card and I have to keep fighting for credits.

Why is it so hard to get them to honor a free trial? Which in my case was not even that!

I am incredibly frustrated!
