I only recently made my first order with this company and I made an error in the order, but customer service was incredible and very helpful with my situation, informing me that the product I had ordered would still work while also providing me the option to return the item unopened for a refund, the products work as intended, the flavours of the liquids are incredible and customer service are very understanding and helpful, I will absolutely use this company again in future!

Ordered a Smoke Mag Solo vape mod from their site. The paintwork began to peel almost immediately and I reached out to their customer service. I was told their policy is they only accept returns if the product is in unused condition which is understandable but frustrating that they are selling a sub standard product. They agreed to give me 10% refund and would facilitate a return to the manufacturer should the issue worsen significantly. I found customer service to be helpful overall and their delivery was very fast

I've had very few issues with e-cigarette but when I have, the customer service has always been first class. Speed, professionalism and care, every time.

I ordered a new tank online. I found the site easy to use and payment was straight forward. I selected standard Royal Mail postage just after the Easter break and it arrived well packaged the next day. Comms were great too.

I bought a bargain vape kit with free e-liquid in the clearance sale, but forgot to add the freebie! I emailed customer service and asked why it wasn't showing on my order and got an very quick reply. My error was rectified and I received my order the following day.
I was so happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received from Andrea - who was polite and friendly, considering it was my fault! - that I have since bought another kit for my daughter as a Mother's Day present.

Ordered smok vapes and liquid was free. Had a delivery issue with orginal order as contained 3 vapes (no longer allowed in one package and royal mail confiscated) contacted ecigarettedirect via email and it was all sorted within hours and items arrived the next day.

Coils won't last 3 days. Con job. Will claim x and y, won't deliver even half of that and you cant even rate the product on thier site. Bullshit merchants through and through.

Purchased a Smoke Mag Solo from them December 2024. Completely duff, clearly a faulty board. Arrogant, sarcastic, evasive response; their dialogue dripping contempt. There are plenty of other retailers out there. Zero stars if I could.Please AVOID these crooks.
