Bad quality sofa

Order & delivery ok. Aside from these basics, the sofa is a huge disapointment. It looks nice and this is about it. The sitting is really poor quality, you can feel the hard structures underneath and worst, the fabric and sitting areas degrades rapidly over few months. For the price, I regret the purchase.

I wish I had believed the bad reviews

I wish I had believed the bad reviews. I ordered two stools, delivery within 48 hours allegedly. Two weeks later and they have still not arrived. The company keeps sending the same excuse that they have been 'sent to the wrong agency' and they are trying to recover them. I have asked them to resend new ones or for a refund and have received neither. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
