Used before a few years back for bespoke sized doors in the upstairs of our property due to being flooded out in the storm of 2022 used you again for downstairs Good service from start of the order as the doors were made to measure with a long lead time was kept up to date on progress and final delivery on the day was excellent

We bought 10 internal oak doors. Very happy with doors colour and quality, they are feel solid. The purchase was nice and easy and the delivery was very quick (delivered in 4 days). Will be happily using this company in future - highly recommended!

Very well constructed glazed door which was made to measure exactly to our requirements. The only drawback is the many months wait for the door to be made. To be fair this is made clear during the ordering process so you must factor this into your plans.

I looked at several different companies and found that they were the best priced and had exactly what I wanted, good communication and delivery service.

I ordered a bespoke sized door through Door Station, The ordering process was easy, the confirmation process to ensure the sizing was correct was conducted by email and was simple to follow. Good customer service.

Great Quality Doors received.
Had a slight issue with the delivery date, which was down to the Haulage Company and not Door Station.
Once I contacted Dan at Door Station, he managed to sort the issue immediately. Great response from him.

Exceptionally pleased with service received from Door Station. Expert knowledge about the product lines made choosing the right product a breeze. Once order was placed, we were kept well informed of progress and our doors were delivered exactly when expected. Will definitely use Door Station in the future.

There was no communication from Door Station regarding progress of my order during the lead in time. I only became aware of further delays in the order when I again contacted ted them and was informed that due to the conflict overseas my order was not able to be shipped to the UK.

Not really a made to measure door.Gave the measurements for the doors i wanted when doors arrived lots had to be trimmed off . Waiting time for the doors to arrive was excessive.

The doors look great and seem to be good quality. Happy with this company.

Really good, doors were delivered by the manufacturer LPD who were super communicative and helpful with delivery. Good quality doors, good price and easy delivery.

I purchased 13 doors a mix of standard sizes and bespoke sizes as well, variety of choice was great and the overall price compared to other manufacturers was fantastic and more than competitive, delivery times were a bit longer than explained but all contact with the company was responded to quickly. The quality of the product once arrived is exceptional. I would recommend and have recommend to others.

Very mixed bag for us I'm afraid. On the plus side, doors appear to be of a lovely quality, and they arrived very well packaged and protected; they were also competitively priced. Unfortunately, the communication from the company has been very poor at every stage, with updates only received when instigated/chased by us. The doors took 4 1/2 months to arrive, outside even the longest estimate; whilst I appreciate that this can occur due to reasons outside the company's control, again very poor communication and an update only provided when chased. The delivery itself was disappointing, instructions made it clear that the driver would ring ahead on the day to provide an eta, this did not happen and when questioned he said he knew nothing about it; in addition, the driver left the pallet and delivery materials with us, saying it was against company policy to remove, this was frustrating and caused us problems with disposal, none of this was communicated in advance. Overall disappointing I'm afraid.

Finding doors is stressful, I never had to buy doors before so finding a place with nice doors and trust was hard until I seen door station , they try help anyway the can , have a great selection of doors , delivery is very quick and doors look great once up x
