My phone that I bought from here doesn't work and their customer service email sends back an error message. I haven't found a number I can call.

Poor customer service
I purchased an Iphone 11 at the end of June and the battery although suppossively 96% just drained immediatey so after trying and trying to contact their customer service department numerous times they did respond but implied that if I had dropped the phone and  they could not replace!!! - it was never dropped.  They did send return labels but didn't say they would replace only they would look at the phone.  As I need the phone all the time took it to a specialist for a new battery and there is also a fault on the phone which I  explained to doji that the screen jumped around.
I would think again before buying from this site as not a good experience and I still have a malfunctioning phone.
Dodgie website, Not recommended
Dodgie website. I have very prolonged customer service procedures. I don't trust them anymore and don't recommend anybody to buy from them.

I own a business; customer service is absolutely key.
I bought an iPhone 13 mini off the Doji website and a few days later received a delivery confirmation message but no phone. After a week or so of no phone showing up. I contacted Doji who sent a photographic proof of delivery. It was obviously delivered to a bar. We're not a bar. After several email exchanges interspersed with my searching the local bars to no avail, it was established, through checking map coordinates, that the vendor (not Doji) had sent the phone to Northern Ireland; I’m in Scotland. OOPS. Wrong country. You couldn’t make it up.
Once the nature of the error was established. Doji was actually able to quickly retrieve the phone from the incorrect address and deliver it to my address promptly.
I opened the box – wrong phone. It was a regular 13 not a mini. Checked my order confirmation and hadn’t previously noticed that even though I had ordered a mini the confirmation was for a regular. Yikes!  Doji could have said – Tough, you didn’t check your confirmation- but they didn’t. They offered to exchange the phone for the correct one, sent me a postage free return label, I photographed the phone front and back, emailed them the pictures along with proof of posting.
To speed things up, I ordered another, better conditioned iPhone 13 mini from their website for a few pounds less than the original and they said they’d refund the price of the original phone. I received the refund in two days.
Yes, during these many email exchanges, I received the standard “We’re not available at the moment” email. They always replied in person before the close of business each day. They were helpful, friendly, courteous, efficient and completely professional. They sorted what could have been a trying experience with ease and made things as easy as possible for me. Got the phone I wanted and it’s working very well. I will definitely use Doji again when it’s time to upgrade. Definitely.

Faulty product- Poor Customer Service
Myself and husband have both purchased phones from Doji. My husband received his handset and could not hear the caller, returned and received a replacement. We thought this was probably bad luck so when I wanted to purchase a handset I decided to purchase through them as they had reasonable pricing, I wish I hadn’t!
 I received the handset and after a few days a line appeared on the screen, I requested an exchange or repair. It took several attempts to get my email through as kept getting a message saying they were unavailable. I finally received a response and was instructed to return with proof of postage which I did. Again days passed with no response and again messages stating they were unavailable when I tried to contact. Two weeks later I received an email stating the buyer had advised the phone must have been dropped so was not covered under the warranty, I was shocked as had not dropped the phone and only had 3 days before the fault appeared. I went back and explained this was not the case and not sure how trustworthy a seller could be checking their own items as would be in their interest to say if was the buyers fault! Another week later passed, again numerous emails before I received a response to again be told they would not repair under the warranty and I could pay £60 for them to repair it, this time saying it was pressure damage. 
I am so disappointed that I am now having to shell another £60 through no fault of my own, wonder if this is why their prices are reasonable as selling substandard items. In summary I would not buy from this company unless you want faulty goods and poor customer service.

Excellent price, service and product
Bought an iPhone 13 Pro at about half the new cost. It arrived well within the specified time and packaged in a generic box. A cable was included, unexpectedly. Cosmetically the phone is immaculate.The battery regesters 88% which is good for the price, which was better than other refurbished sites I looked at and also had good reviews for customer service, which happliy I have not had to use. I would use Doji again with confidence.

Nobody buy from this website. My phone came in an envelope and the screen was damaged. They refuse to refund me, you cannot message them or call them instantly. They accused me of sitting on the phone?? This is fraudulent and I would recommend another company.

Great product
The product was very great. Doji respected the time frame. I ordered for a refurbished phone in an "Excellent" condition. Phone came with no scratches. I am really really enjoying the refurbished s23 ultra. It came as though it was new. I would recommend doji to anyone. Thank you very much.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. REVIEW IS ONLY WAY TO GET CONTACT.
Having to leave yet another bad review as this seems to be the only way Doji care to respond to their customers. It seems they care more about their star rating than their actual customers. I sent my faulty phone back to DOJI in hopes to get a replacement or a refund. I heard nothing back since sending off the phone on 28th January. It is now 8th March. They responded to my first bad review claiming the screen was damaged and told me they could send me a refund minus £80 for the cost to repair the screen. I asked for proof of the broken screen as it was not this way when we sent it off (I took photos luckily). When they sent me the 'proof' it was a photo that showed the phone I sent off with the damaged screen protector still on. These 'tech/phone experts' who apparently check their devices didn't notice the difference between a broken screen protector and a smashed phone sceen?! (We left the screen protector on the phone when sending back to avoid any damage to the phone during transit as well as bubble wrapping it). They never inspected the phone upon arrival and it was glaringly obvious the screen protector was on due to the air bubbles underneath. Air bubbles which matched the photos we took of the phone prior to sending. (We took pics of the phone with and without the screen protector on to show the phone was not damaged before sending it off) Anyway, have once again stopped responding to my emails, and I have even gone to lengths of contacting their co-founders Satyen Fakey and Bilal Ishaq Khan. I am writing this review on behalf of my 62 year old mother who is still waiting for her £200+ refund. If this was left to her they would've taken advantage and still had the phone had I not followed up or they would've allowed her to take a £80 charge for a damaged £2 screen protector. You cannot contact them via email as they don't respond. They don't respond on Whatsapp, and they don't have a call line for those who aren't proficient using technology to contact them at all. They need to give a full refund immediately and stop wasting my time. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
