Update -Part 3 (October 2025):
The zirconia crown placed by Dentzz during my June 2025 visit has shattered into pieces after less than four months of normal use - Photo evidence available upon request or verification, also posted on my existing Google reviews. This should never happen with a genuine zirconia crown I spent thousands of rupees on.

I have repeatedly requested implant passports, warranty papers, and material documentation from Dentzz, but even after more than three months, nothing has been provided. This new failure only reinforces my earlier concerns about the quality and authenticity of the materials used.
Patients reading this should understand that my experience spans over 10 years — repeated failures, lack of transparency, and now a shattered crown within months.

My message to genuine patients: Please do your due diligence and review the items mentioned in my previous reviews before trusting this clinic, and avoid posting early positive reviews until you have tested the durability and quality of the work over time. It may look and feel great initially before you fly back to your home country thinking you’ve achieved something meaningful ,but in my experience, the results simply do not last!!

Have completed the final phase of treatment and with great spoons thanks to DrMihir, Dr Shreya, Dr Saba and the ever caring and professional Dr Juhu. Our welcome was always greeted by Zulfiee. The clinic was accommodating and had a fabulous ambience. We (Mike and I) are very grateful to the team for their care and professionalism in their treatment. Thank you Dentzz we will always highly recommend the clinic.

I am totally satisfied and completely overjoyed with my Full Mouth Reconstruction with Implants, which was just completed at Dentzz Delhi. The journey has taken about 6 months, and the result is incredible. Now I can happily smile widely; and once again bite, chew and eat the foods I love: such as mutton, chicken, naan, nuts (carefully!)… the list is long! (I know that I cannot try to crack chicken bones with my teeth, but that is a small price to pay!)

What really stands out to me is the transformation that the Dentzz team has brought to my smile. My teeth look completely natural now, and so much better than before.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the whole team at Dentzz Delhi.

A special thank you to Reena and Geeta at the front desk, who greeted me warmly whenever I walked into Dentzz, and who have been extremely helpful throughout as customer service ambassadors. They have made the entire process flow smoothly.

Dr. Jyotsna Arun and Dr. Taranjeet Kaur were the primary doctors for me. Dr Disha Sirohi also consulted. They were all absolutely amazing. Each was highly skilled and very professional. They explained every step of the treatment clearly to me, and answered any questions I had in-depth—all of which put me fully at ease, and confident, that I could trust this team to do a great job. Which they have done! Thank you, doctors!

Then there is Rahul, who assisted the doctors most of the time, and Hemlata who stepped in when he wasn’t available. Both were very courteous and efficient in their role. Thank you, Rahul and Hemlata!

Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by how minimal the pain was throughout the process. 20 teeth extracted, in 2 sessions, and no pain… wow!

Dentzz Dental has completely changed the way I look at dental care, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone who is considering getting dental work done in India or Dubai, where they also have an office!

My experience at Dentzz Dental has been nothing short of amazing. I had more work needed than initially anticipated but the staff explained everything and out me at ease every step of the way. From managing pain to creating a great smile, every step of this journey has been comfortable and professional. I had complete upper and lower implants done. I researched online and found this dentist. Like anyone would be, I was nervous and apprehensive but from the moment I walked in I was met by 2 amazing women who made me feel welcome and cared for. I then meet the wonderful surgeon who explained every detail of what she would do and answered all my questions. I went for a month the first trip and had appointments for 90% of the time. I left with the implants done and false teeth. I then or came back 6mths later to get the teeth attached to the implants. I came for another month and spent about 75% of the time with appointments. You might think this is a lot of time but they are the best in their fields and are perfectionist. So I'm glad they took all the time as I now have an amazing smile and best of all I can once again eat apples😁

MONEY MAKING SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dentzz Mumbai ruin lives. If you visit please notice that every patient has all teeth removed, regardless of diagnosis.

They are professional con artists and will manipulate your vulnerability in order to make as much money as possible.

Please do you due diligence and research properly. A simple Google search will reveal that they have covered up and removed many negative reviews.

There are much more moral and professional dentists in Mumbai.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have undergone quite a challenging Prosthodontic Surgery, which several other establishments have previously refused.
Without expecting much, I visited Dentzz and soon got all my hopes revived. From the friendly and efficient reception desk, through the number of equally kind and efficient nurses, to the "dream team" of radiologist Patrick and surgeon Dr Naser, who, after careful consideration, not only devised but performed a complicated and incredibly successful procedure. Patrick and Dr Naser worked on me in tandem for several hours, and it was impressive! Painless and comforting from start to end, with outstanding result! Dr Naser's well-grounded, yet passionate, professional nature, combined with vast experience and "clever, nimble hands", his relaxed attention to every detail under the watchful guidance of Patrick's (radiologist) assistance, was an excellent experience. Bless them!

Very happy with my new look. From initial consultation to post treatment follow up appointments Dr Dushan and his aides have been fantastic. They really do provide a wonderful after care experience ensuring the patient is completely happy and all has healed and is the look is aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this practice.

Their level of expertise and professionalism goes unmatched. It's almost as if every question I ever wanted to know about my teeth was not only answered but demonstrated to me throughout all of my visits; they walk you through everything step-by-step before they do anything.
