Misleading & Fraud

We tried to purchase some goods but ended up with a trial subscription we never agreed to, which was set to renew in two days. Cancelling the subscription for free would take up to a week to process, and in the meantime, we were charged for it. The only alternative was to pay in order to cancel it immediately.
When we contacted customer support to resolve this, they practically blackmailed us — saying they would only begin the refund process after we left a 4 or 5 star review here.
