I will explain in English and I will not be kind and nice. These kind of people just complicate things, I know they are doing their job and it is done poorly and without any conscience.
I had to explain a lady on the phone there are no 2 addresses in my delivery, it is 1 address in Lyon and the other number is just an appartement number.
We live in 2024 we have technology everywhere, but some people cannot just think or read, it is a quite challenge for them to be honest.
I do not mind if it is fast, but because it demands endless conversations, I better just shut it all up.
Therefore I got my product but I have to say not a pleasant conversation, as they play blame game.
Another thing I cannot wrap my head around that the company does not know anything about transporteur, well this will never work if you claim the delivery service (which is Amazon on the paper :D), this is a broken link and it is a source of any frustration, system just does not work. Everything is just so complex and we have no idea how to improve this to make it work, well, need to think a little.

The bed that was ordered came in…
The bed that was ordered came in packaging that was badly ripped so much so that the fabric headboard was damaged as well, so the delivery was refused. I immediately emailed the company explaining & with photgraphs. The following day client services tried to call me & left a message that was spoken so fast I couldn't understand, I am English & my French skills are not good. I immediately sent a further email to client services explaining & asked for email communication. So far no response despite a further email sent again today. So at the moment I am disappointed that I haven't got a bed & with the slow response of their client services dept.
Update 30/8, I have, in fact, late yesterday received an email from Geodis saying a new bed is on its way, it will be delivered on Mon 2 sept so they have indeed sorted this issue out very quickly and for that I am very grateful. Problems do happen & Deco have addressed delivery of a new bed very quickly so 5* for resolving this issue.
It would have been helpful for me though if client services had dropped me an email explaining the next steps in the process, keeping me informed of what they had arranged. The only contact so far is their reply to my review here, I didn't know what was happening until Geodis, the delivery company, emailed to say a new bed is on its way. We shall see if this new bed arrives in a better condition.

The mattress is very comfortable and it arrived well packaged and on time. Unfortunately DecoenParis do not take back the old mattress which they legally should do.
