I'm nearing retirement and have just recieved a uni prosectus from Birmingham Uni clearing house, they have this data marketing company listed as their source of data so completely useless imformation unless they offer courses for senior students?
I have just been advised that this is the company sending unsolicited mail for Churchill living to my husband for the past 7 - 8 months. My husband passed away in October. After contacting Churchill living they advised me that this is the company I need to contact. I require an explanation as to how you obtained his details and what right did you have to send mail.
Illegally obtains your data and sells it on without your consent. I have no idea how they have got all my legal details without subscribing to any of their services. The companies who have my data are all pointing to DBS Data for buying or "renting" data. Stay away from this company at all costs unless you like having your details thrown around ready for fraudulent activity.
