I bought black Novesta Star Master plimsolls from Dapper Street, over a year ago, I bought x2 pairs size 42, or UK size 8 in order to stash a pair for later, but I have just got the second pair out of storage and it is a 44 not a 42. I take an 8 UK size not a 9.5. I realise I bought them some time ago but asked to exchange, as the order was dispatched wrongly at their end. They point blank refused with no apology. It could have been dealt with very easily, the pair in 44 are completely unworn and could be returned and resold, they have lain in their box which I still have until today. But no, they refused - EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a Fred Perry jacket from Dapper Street. The web site is easy to navigate, and apart from the best price on the web, they have my size (L), where all the other sites only seem to stock S and XXL!
Delivery by Royal Mail was fast with good tracking information . Very pleased with a well fitting beautiful jacket, a great shopping experience. Will definitely use again.

The only website that had the Birkenstocks I wanted in the correct size. The cherry on top was they were £30 cheaper than everywhere else and offer free delivery which came quickly. Could not recommend more!
