We received a warm welcome in the shop in Bakewell. The look and feel of the shop was special and the jewellery and watches were beautifully presented. The service we received was excellent and the price we paid was extremely competitive.

I was very happy with my aquamarine heart; Sellors made it to fit an existing heavy chain I had. Service was friendly & professional; delighted with the finished design.

We bought a pair of Sellors Blue John earrings from the Heights of Abraham shop and called in the Bakewell shop to find a matching ring - the customer service was exceptional and we ended up buying both a Blue John ring (which they are resizing) and a necklace and also a Opal necklace- we could not have had any better service - thank you.

A friend was buying her niece a Blue John necklace for her 18th birthday in the Bakewell Store, while the assistant was raping it up, my friend said to me, “I usually don’t like brooches, but that one there, a Blue John Bee, I really like” so when we got home to the Stamford area, I went online to see if I could find it, I did, so I purchased it, with a 50% discount, wow, it arrived the next day within a perfect box, and then again in a Sellores box for added protection, can’t wait to give it to my friend on her birthday, 11th November .

I have just purchased a watch from the Bakewell store and was looked after superbly by Clare. The business offered me a great deal on the watch I wanted with Clare providing excellent service throughout and keeping me updated on my requirements
My watch cannot be engraved due to it being an open back model but Clare advised on being able to place an engraving within the box. I have collected my watch today and it's perfect.
I personally cannot fault the service Clare and the business have provided, a lovely glass of fizz at each visit (tea/coffee are also available), personal service and all with a smile.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Placed my order in May, still waiting for the bracelet in September even though my initial order didn’t state a waiting time!
Communication is nonexistent, promised weekly calls updating me on my order, never happened.
Difficultly in getting through to customer service, hardly ever answer their phone and very selective in responding to emails.
When threatened with my bank contacting them to reclaim my account was credited with the full amount. Do not order from this company, I believe they just want to make interest on your money.

The welcome at C W Sellors, Bakewell is amazing, always a warm and friendly smile. Everyone you meet looks after you, if you are just browsing that’s fine too as we found there was no pressure sales from anyone. If you are looking to make a purchase, whether you are celebrating a special event or you just want to treat yourself to something stunning and unique it is always a great experience visiting the friendly staff at Bakewell. Peter looked after us on both our recent visits. It was a pleasure dealing with him, his product knowledge and friendly manner puts you totally at ease and time was never an issue. There were so many beautiful bracelets to try and Peter gave us the time with no pressure to make our decision. A big thank you to Peter for all his help and for the 5 star experience.

My new Tag Heuer F1 steel limited edition watch is outstanding. I had read in some reviews that it was over priced, but it’s not. Worth every penny for anyone considering buying one. That’s the advice I would give on that front.
Situated in picturesque Bakewell. An idyllic place to buy a new watch.

The personal service afforded by Peter at the Bakewell store.

Had a pleasant afternoon in the Bakewell store selecting a necklace. Sam was very helpful and there was a good selection of designer pieces.

I have been looking for a watch winder for some time but not sure about the cushion size, Sam at C W SELLORS messaged me to say she could order one for me to try and she could also arrange for the smaller holder to be delivered at the same time. Everything went very smoothly and the shop could not have been more helpful. Would certainly use them again.

Went into Bakewell store. Sam approached us with a friendly smile and sat us down and talked us through our options for wedding rings, nothing was too much trouble. Since been back to collect the rings that had been resized, again saw Sam. We found her very friendly, professional and knowledgeable especially about watches, resulting in a further purchase of a Tag. Definitely recommend and would return
