If I could give a zero and still write a review, I would. Cole’s Classroom has been charging me monthly for the last seven months AFTER I terminated my contract. The cancellation occurs through the website so that then there is no paper trail and I can’t prove that I cancelled (even though it is clear I never even logged in). A company that has such deceptive practices must not trust their content enough to run an honest business. Please don’t believe their garbage about he’s just a guy trying to support his family. The first service response I got was from a bot, so they are a well-oiled Maxine not afraid to scam people. There’s a lot of great photography content on the web, don’t waste your money on Coke’s classroom!

This is a great community to be a part of. The mentors offer great support and very helpful courses and resources, as well! The other members are also super kind and informative. No question is ever a dumb question here. As a full-time teacher and part-time photographer, I'm so grateful to have a group like this to lean on.

I am trying to cancel my Trial subscription with coles classroom but the process that is described is not working . I signed up 8/9/2020 so my 10 day trial will be up on 8/19/2020 I started trying to cancel 8/17/2020 I'm beyond knowing what to do to get this stopped. Help someone!!! slmayo@ymail

I have been part of Cole's for about two years and have a wonderful experience. I am not a professional photographer: I am a hobbyist, but Cole's is truly for people, at all levels, who want to improve their photography.
I read some of the negative reviews and have to say the main issue seems to be about being charged after the free trial. I, too, started with the free 10 - day trial, and the information is very clear that if you do not want to continue as a paying member of Cole's, you must cancel before your 10 days are up. When people don't do this, yes, they get charged because they have indicated that they want to continue by not cancelling AND they are still able to log in and continue the classes. At first, I wasn't certain how long I would remain a member and paid as a monthly member. However, once I had time to work in the classes, receive ongoing feedback and assistance, and see my photography improve, I signed up as an annual member - for which there are many additional benefits including a significantly lower fee and a private Facebook group which I utilize several times daily.
If you want to improve your photography skills in an environment that is safe yet will challenge you as much as you want, then this is the place to be.

BEWARE. I signed up for the $1 trial an used the site twice. I did not like the format of the courses and looked up how cancel on their site and followed the instructions on how to do so. Even though i clicked "Cancel Membership" (and have browser history proof I did so) their "support" team tried to tell me I had not done the cancellation. It turns out there is 2 more pages after you click a button that says "cancel membership" that you have to navigate through to actually complete the cancellation. Its rigged so you will fail completing this process without knowledge. And leaves you are under the impression you have cancelled, but you haven't. I also brought up the 100% satisfaction guarentee and they will not honour this guarentee they advertise. I would like my money paid back. I didnt like the product and cancelled 3 says into the trial. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have proof I cancelled this trial and they are denying it. If they were a legitimate company they would acknowledging any feedback as a means to improve their site or product. Based on their "support" communications all I can figure is their business strategy is to trick people about whether they cancelled or not. DO NOT BUY

I have been with Cole’s Classroom for a year and love it. All the mentors are extremely helpful. I have learned tons...more than I could have ever imagined.

Joined a 5 day photo challenge on manual mode shooting. Kate Guertin the moderator slash instructor used a very easy follow me approach which opened up and made many aspects of the camera come into focus. Reading and understanding the camera's menu as if it were the abc of photo taking. She rekindled the joy of taking pictures an awesome company to be learning from.

I signed up for the trial and have been tryng to log in, but my password doesn't work. When I try to reset my password, I never receive the link. I just got charged the full amount when I haven't even been able to try it out. Also, I don't have lightroom on my computer, so basically I can't use this. I can't cancel because I can't log in. Have sent emails but have yet to receive a reply.

A few years ago I upgraded my camera but I never took any classes. I stumbled across Cole's Classroom and took the trial. Well I've been here for 3 years now and never looked back. I was a wildlife hobbyist and at first I thought I would never do portraits or need this training tool. Boy was I wrong! I do more wildlife than portraits, but I have used all I learned in CC for both portraits AND wildlife photography. There is still SO much more to learn. CC doesn't hold back with any tips. All of the mentors are so helpful. You get both video tutorials and Facebook group help. I learn from others' posts and questions on things I wouldn't even have thought about. And everyone is so caring. No nastiness here! We are all a family out to help one another. I've also met 2 very good friends through CC that live near me.

Doesn't matter what the quality of their training material is, this business is run following a scam strategy. Even though I did not agree to become a pro-member, this company made me one and took approximately £450 from my account. When I noticed by bank statements and contacted them, they returned half of the money but could not produce any invoice to show that I agreed to become their member. I never did. Their business name suggests that its a school or training centre, but they have no morality of education or training. In 11 months they never asked the student what have you learnt or is there any problem. All credit card companies and banks should ban this company. More people who suffered like me should report their experience online and bring down their Trustpilot score to 2 stars at least. That will help other users to save their hard earned money.

I am new to this site but not to photography. I have been taking photos ever since I was able to hold a small box camera back in the day. All of these folks are teaching me and opening my eyes to so many new things now that I can't begin to explain how excited I am to start getting out there and trying them all! Thanks everyone! I had an issue with logging in for the first time after signing up for the 10 day trial. I emailed the team & Larry resolved the issue immediately for me.

I love the community and the mentors. The feedback really helps you develop, and I love all the personal stories about struggles that we all have to get over to succeed.

When I joined Cole's Classroom, I was a Mom-hobbyist with a strong interest to take my stay at home Mom skills to the next level. With the classes, mentor skillset and endless tutorials provided as well as live, behind the scene and live Q&A's I have been able to call myself a professional photographer with more work and confidence I could ever imagine.

I love, love, love Cole’s Classroom!! My photography skills have improved exponentially since joining. Cole’s Classroom taught me how to use my first DSLR! They are great group of professionals that provide feedback in a professional and positive way.

I love how encouraging this group is! I have never been belittled for not understanding something technical but instead get all sorts of information, help and instruction so that I can learn and improve my skills. I have always received prompt response back when asking a question. I have learned so much and improved my skills as a photographer ten fold in the last year. I highly recommend this group!
