Thought it was a scam - but it is not

Ordered a digital version, received a letter that I can download a document, but there was no way to download it. So paid 200 euro and did not receive a doc, the customer support was not responding for more than 2 days. And after I send a message to WhatsApp- they send me the doc!
So they did a job, but Customer Support should improve

Fake documents

We ordered a CdS for car registration, but the document was not accepted by the registration office in Berlin. At the technical inspection it turned out that the car does not meet European requirements, and the paper from Coceurope contained false information. As a result, we wasted two months, lost €1,500, and went through a lot of stress. Scammers.

The Datasheet was not useable at all

The Datasheet was not useable at all. There were several translation errors into German language and also some of the provided numbers were not correct so not accepted by TÜV.
I had to order a new Datasheet at the Manufacturer.

Greetings, from Slovenia. At first I was a little skeptical when I had to pay for the service to obtain the certificate, but I agreed and paid. The service was fast and as agreed. The certificate arrived 1 day before the agreed date. have to say this, I paid for the COC but I got a CDS certificate, it is similar to the COC certificate but they should have told me before I paid that COC Europe cannot deliver the COC certificate

Horrific customer service!!!

Horrific customer service. Waited half an hour for their online chat nobody answered several attempts I made to contact. The contact form requires a reCaptcha that doesn’t exist. They attempted to double bill me so when I canceled the original order and payed the second attempted they canceled all my orders. Finally I had an email to contact them with after they canceled me and, when I told them about it they didn’t even mention their horrible design of trying to get in touch with them. DONT USE THEM!!!
In a REPLY to COCEurope I could resolve the issue with you because I couldn’t contact you. Your online chat NEVER replied to me. In fact why not post a photo of those chats especially the last one where I waited for 30 minutes. As for your contact form it never displayed the Captcha security. I tried on a desk top, in my iPhone and iPad. So I was not able to submit a form so after a couple days AND being you sent me ANOTHER set of payment links for order 21372 and 21376 I decided to go about it that way. I still paid for the products. All three COC’s and the additional 70€ per for them being American cars.
ANOTHER UPDATE: they refuse to actually refund my money for the orders THEY cancelled the “supposed” extra fee of 70€ each shows a return FROM them in my card statement but they claim when I paid their 2nd billing of the original two it was done under a “different name” from the previous order. So from same account log in, same cc number, same email yet they claim different name. Wouldn’t that show up as fraud if that was true??? So either they’re scamming me or they admit that on top of horrific customer service they have piss poor security against fraud.

1️⃣ The Orders Were Not Canceled by Us
The customer opened two chargeback claims with their bank, labeling the transactions as fraud. This automatically flagged our system for a security issue, and as a result, we had to refund all transactions associated with this account to avoid further complications. We have attached proof of the chargeback requests initiated by the customer.

2️⃣ Double Billing Did Not Occur
The confusion appears to come from the fact that after placing an order, an additional €70 fee was required for US-imported vehicles (which was clearly stated during checkout). When the customer paid this additional fee, it was not a duplicate charge but rather an expected process for non-EU vehicles.

3️⃣ Customer Support Misunderstanding
We respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours. While our website chat is automated, our email support is managed by real people who promptly address customer concerns. The customer did not wait for an official response before taking action through their bank.
Conclusion:

Rather than resolving the issue with us, the customer filed chargebacks, causing us financial damage due to the processing fees imposed by the bank. Despite this, we still refunded all their payments in full (excluding any fees charged by their bank).

We strive to offer fair and transparent service to all our customers. If you have any concerns, we encourage reaching out to us directly instead of initiating unnecessary disputes, which only create delays and confusion.

It is so unfortunate that the…

It is so unfortunate that the certificate was not accepted by the technical inspection in Copenhagen - Applus with the statement that it does not comply with local requirements. It is so unfortunate and insane as the certificate is supposed to cover EU, but seems not to work in Denmark. My funds are spent for nothing and I need to re-order the certification from other sources.
