Scam ! i need my money !

I strongly warn everyone against using getcoc.eu.
This company operates in a dishonest and deceptive way — classic scam behavior.

After paying for my order #2219, I was kept waiting for months with nothing but empty promises and excuses about so-called “internal issues with the manufacturer.” In reality, nothing happens — no updates, no documents, no proof of any progress.

Customer support only sends copy-paste replies full of apologies, but they never actually solve anything.
Even though their own terms and conditions clearly state that a refund must be issued if the service cannot be provided on time, they refuse to return the money.

It’s a stalling tactic to waste your time until you give up — pure fraud by delay.
In the end, you lose your money, time, and nerves.

👉 My advice:
Stay far away from this website.
If something goes wrong (and it probably will), you’ll get no help, no refund, no COC — only endless excuses.
Choose a legitimate provider, not this scam operation.

I was a bit hesitant due to the 14-day processing time for my BMW, but they were true to their word. The document arrived exactly when they said it would. A very reliable service that I would definitely use again.

I paid for the 7 day express delivery, 2 months later I still havent received anything. Everytime I reach out to them I get an AI generated answer saying they are sorry but they have no control over how long it takes. I asked for a refund, which they rejected.

I recommend everyone considering this service to either reach out to the manufacturer directly, or just pay your local TUV for the full inspection. It will cost the same and be much quicker

Wow, I am seriously impressed. I needed a COC for my Volvo and ordered it from GetCOC. I had the digital copy in my email super fast, which was a massive help to get the ball rolling. The physical document then showed up just 2 days later. Can't get any faster than that, seriously🤝

They send me a fake tesla coc twice, I paid double the price of original coc and waited much longer. Don’t get abroud with these guys. They don’t respond anymore. They ship from madrid but are located in USA so you can’t get a refund from european customer service. Really well done scammers. For everyone who bought a coc, look at the document for a watermark. Every real coc from whatever brand has a watermark. Also the paper type is thick, oily, high quality ink. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

The website is well done and easy to use, the service is reliable, only the delivery of the CoC took a bit longer than expected (8 working days in total).

I was dreading the paperwork to get my Ford registered after moving to Europe, but GetCOC made it incredibly simple. The whole process was straightforward, and the certificate arrived in just 4 business days, exactly as promised. It took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Their website states you will receive a 100% original manufacturer coc with whitemarks, signatures, etc… I paid €330 for my coc which is just a standard A4 printed paper, nothing original here. I need the original COC to pass the inspection as they won’t start inspection without the original coc.
2 weeks later, they say they are in touch with the manufacturer. This time they send the coc again, this time slightly thicker paper, but yet again, nothing original from tesla itself and no watermark. I went to tesla and they charged me half the price and made it within 20minutes so stay away from these scammers. I passed this to the european customer reports and they are checking the case.

The process is very clear and straightforward. My BMW certificate was delivered in 8 business days, just as stated.

I do not recommend dealing with GetCOC.
Even though I have received the requested COC certificate, it took around 3 months, during which the company was not able to provide a clear delivery timeline and refused to make a refund.

The COC Certificate was not provided within the first 30days. After requesting a refund or providing a clear delivery timeline, I have received only a refusal of refund and no communication since then.

I kept hoping to receive the certificate or refund, even though the company was non-responsive.

Finally, after almost 3 months of waiting, I have received the requested certificate.

Fantastic service! The certificate for my Volvo was in my mailbox in just 2 business days. Can't get any faster! 👍
