It was easy to order and received, I didn't like the having to track it through shop app as I couldn't get app to work.

I found a pretty unusual bulb to fit a mid-century modern fixture. Ordering was easy, bulbs arrived and worked as advertised. Deduct one star because shipping box was damaged to the point I was concerned the bulbs would be damaged. Fortunately they weren't. More stuffing next time plz.

I bought a lamp with several functions but all it does is go on and off. NO time etc.

They don't post poor reviews. I bought a bulb with a 9,000 hour life and it only worked for 3 months. I posted an honest review and it's not posted after verifying the review. The bulb currently only has 4 and 5 star reviews.

I had a hard to find bulb for old dental light. 40 or 50 years old. They did not have the original but they had a bulb that worked perfectly good.
