It’s a scam go to your bank and demand your money back
I refused the parcel after reading reviews on here
I was told off the scammers to do this
They said there would be a charge of 15% I tried to agree but once they realised I’d refused the parcel I couldn’t contact them the emails just bounced back
I got on to my bank and told them
Theve refunded the money so it’s worth a try
The site is still there scamming people but I think the website that should be reported is best we like it

Avoid at all costs!!! These are cheap Temu products worth less than £15 being recommended by a fake review sight and sold at an inflated price of over £100. They don’t offer any refunds, instead offering a 5% discount. After lots of emails back and forth they finally sent me return details but said id have to pay import taxes. It’s a scam and please do not give them your business!

I really wish I had seen these reviews before parting with my money. As others have mentioned the sound quality is atrocious. The customer service from this company is somehow worse! Suggesting giving me a 5% refund and I gift it to friends or family. I wouldn’t show myself up. My bank has raised a dispute to get me the full refund owing to the communication from their “customer services”. Refusing to give me the return address, no paper work in the parcel. The box was damaged. The buttons do not work. Please save your money and effort.

Very poor quality speaker, tinny bass with pathetic mid range... Mostly treble. Agree with most of the other reviews... It's a scam website with a great review showcasing this cheap and nasty pile of poo. I didn't even try to return it because I knew it would just cause me more upset, Avoid.

The only way to stop them is to take the website down. Report it to the national cyber security centre and complete the form to report a suspicious website.

Do not touch this product. If you try to arrange a return they will ask what's wrong with the product. Apparently "it sounds rubbish" is not a fault as it is subjective. They have offered a 5% discount and reminded me that I would have to return to China at my cost and pay the duty too. It really is a rubbish product, cheap and plasticky.

Con, Con, Con. Please do not waste your money. Chinese rubbish.

Scam. Do not order. They use a .co.uk website but are in China. The speaker is not 30w but has 2x 10w only. They send a cheap speaker that is not even worth £30 let alone £99. UK consumer law does not cover buying from China so I have no chance of getting my cash back. I've asked 3 times for a return address and they ignore that request. I relied on a review on bestbuy but that info is incorrect. No way is the speaker water proof.
Stay away from this company. I'm having to swallow the £99 loss. I was honestly led into believing they were trading in the UK and I'd very safe but that is not the case.

Completely rubbish product, guess on the website, false reviews, above all virally fraudulent and dishonest, the product itself is actually around £10. The sound and build quality atrocious, company not responding to messages,stay away!!

BEWARE, I purchased a Bluetooth speaker after reading a fake online review, can't tell you how bad or good it sounded as I could not connect via Bluetooth no matter how many phones I tried, long story sideways basically it would cost too much to return to China and they offered me a 5% refund £5 ,terrible people.

Absolute joke. This crap is maybe worth £10. They have made a fake review on Best We Like.com. with this cheap crappy speaker coming on top. It's surely not waterproof or has the sound quality they said. Just your normal Chinese crap. BSMUK..... they they say send it back to China... erm no. It said BSMUK so I will return it to a UK address like you said on your website. Not only is this sub standard "speaker" not as described, it was damaged before packing!
I'm more disappointed in myself for letting this crap 💩 happen.

Been scammed here good and proper like the rest on here beloved the fake reviews on bass and quality. 99 quid down the drain. Can't belive it I bought this over a bosr what was I thinking. DO NOT BUY .. .

If I could give this product 0 I would the quality of sound is absolutely terrible and it says it's an IPX6 WATERPROOF which it is not at all.

Absolutely crap cheap Chinese speaker. Scammed! Didn't work and after demanding a return address to return it is now stuck in China because they won't cover the return costs for faulty item or the customs charges. DO NOT BUY

Enraged with this scam company and at myself for falling for scam. Fake review by someone called "Alex" on a site called "BestWeLike". Scampered to order speaker worth GBP100 as site said sale was concluding in 3 hours and there were only 5 pieces left. That was 2 weeks ago. After having watched the site for several days now I realize this is a scam- the sale is always on the verge of closing and there are always 5 pieces "remaining". Speakers arrived today in packaging hanging open. Instruction booklet in Chinese only. Their claim is that this useless product is worth GBP 240 and they are offering it on "sale" for GBP 99. Meanwhile a 2nd gen Bose bluetooth speaker bundle costs GBP 299.
