Website is great and so does the pricing of different tires on it. Compared the prices of different tires on this website with our and got the best pricing. Also the summary related to tire quality and other factors are easy to understand which makes it easy for people with less knowledge to decide easily. Hoping to have similar experience during the delivery,

Quick delivery, only in 26 hours.
Tires were recent produced (DOT 1725, meaning like beginning of May 2025, and today is the 31st of July, 2025.
Price was the lowest I could find online, but quick delivery and the newly produced tires became the cream of the cake.

Poor Customer Service Response Time
I ordered a tire from this website and had a problem with it, but the customer service was extremely slow. They only respond to emails once a week, so every reply took several days. This made resolving the issue frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. I wouldn’t recommend them if you expect timely support when something goes wrong.
The interesting thing is as long as you are anonymous and make a review with 1 star, they respond quickly with some general reply that we do not recognize you and so on but when you tell them about your case, they disappear. If you look through 1 star comments, also other customers mentioned that they got no response but with negative review they saw they react suddenly but in normal way to solve your problem, they are ignoring the customer time and money.

One of the worst service ever. Delivery took almost 2 months (during order they were talking about 4-6 days). After writing and asking in lots of emails about the delay, they didn't wanted to cancel my order. When the tires finally arrived they wanted me to pay the delivery cost so I can send them back. Lol !!! One Star is still too much. No Service, No honesty, greed for profit. And during the e-mails you could see how incompetent they are. One of the answer was "yeah sometimes it happened that people ordered the wrong tire size so we charge extra price (almost 80€) to taking them back" ****** I ordered the right size you just let the customer pay for your mistakes.

Worst service ever! Summer tires were delivered instead of winter tires.
And instead of 18, 20 inches.
Email inquiries are not responded to at all and a telephone number is not even provided on the homepage.
It's nice if it fits, but if the wrong delivery is made, you don't get anything out of a slightly cheaper tire, you just put it on top. No response for 10 days.

I wrote you everyday a reminder, No answer . One Day, GLS was here and Pick-up the Tires. Nobody from your Company. Informed me about this. Hopefully You Send me the Right Tires without any Information.

Second time ordering from here. Prices are excellent. Cheaper than almost every competitor. Sent on time and everything went smoothly.

Absolute horrible customer service. No answer after several emails. Ordered accidently wrong tyres and wanted to cancel the order immediately by mail. No response at all.suddenly i got an automated mail that my tyres got dispatched

Competitive prices and user friendly website, would give 5 stars if there was an option to have it all in English.
Update, downgrading a star because: as soon as the order was placed, there was a pop up message that I would receive a tracking number the next day and the tires within 2 working days (ordered on a Monday, would receive them on Wednesday). Today is Thursday, no tires and no movement based on the tracking number. Contacted customer support (by e-mail, only option) and received the answer that delivery time is 5 working days. This seems to me false advertising on the website.

All the functionalities on the website made sense. From the seamless searching to the transparent purchasing. The only thing to improve is the missing image for the tire. For that, I had to use other sites.

Worst customer service and tires. I bought a full Debica Presto set this year and at 120 the whole car vibrates. At the recommendation of customer service, I rebalanced the tires twice and nothing. It's stupid, they give you an online control form but nobody helps you, I had to buy other tires and they didn't even accept a return. I do not recommend.
P.S like I say worst costumer service. I answer at the comment, I sent an email with the bill and I explain for what is it in the same day when they comment but still nothing. When you need to buy answer fast but when you need to solve a problem they don’t care.

I was deciding between two different tire dealers (almost same price, bettertires was cheaper by a few cents) and after reading the trust pilot reviews for bettertires.com and the other company I went with BetterTires.com. They did not disappoint! Very fast shipping between countries (only 2 working days) clear messaging and notifications. Fair Price!

I was looking for some top brand tyres for my 1988 Golf GTI, and I found a set of Pirellis here which were DOT 2018 at less than half normal retail. I hope delivery goes as smoothly as the order process.
