This is the worst betting app ive been with they have asked me to prove my identity which ive done they then say your account is restricted i can't see why ive never won on this app hardly bet so have not been making a lot of money which makes me suspicious what if I did win money would they pay out think people better think twice before using this company go to a more established company terrible company

Well it’s 18hrs since I placed a £2 winning bet with bet365 and my £24 winnings are still in Ms Coates bank account so if anyone is thinking about joining this company beware they are definitely not on your side despite talking to 2 assistants and emailing them (nobody had the decency to reply)I’m still waiting for my money to go in my account they love taking it but certainly don’t like giving it back

Tried to make an account and my account was closed within 10 minutes due to "nature of business" I hadn't even finished putting all my details in yet and after speaking to customer service they said there will be no option for me to reopen my account either? Very odd

Support used to be good, but is now awful. Virtual assistant is a complete waste of time. I got sick of going round in circles. Impossible to chat to a person.

I can confirm from the customer service of this company that if you have ever blocked yourself either with them or Gamstop for example.
They clearly don’t care as they don’t have a profile on Trustpilot.

I have 0 issue with the sports betting.
The issue is with all the betting companies hosting scam slot games from companies like games global, they are nefarious scams algorithmicly set to give some small wins to new customers, then set to take you to the cleaners after that.

Site really doesn't give anything back. Had huge losses despite changing games and bet size, the more you bet the less you win and when a bonus round finally comes, it doesn't even give you back 10 percent of what your losses are. And to make matters worse game cruelly tempts the jackpot before taking all your money.

This casino is one of the top worse. I play Merlin’s 10k all the time. The game never pays only if you bet .20 when you go up on your bet. You will literally lose hundreds of dollars and not one bonus. If you do get a bonus the denominations are the smallest and never triggers. You never see any big dollar amounts. You only get 2 yellow symbols to ever match up. Simply the worse, I know you won’t win all the time, but to not win something sometimes is horrible

Scam site, no problem taking my money for two years then when you win 2000 euros suddenly they cant transfer money to the bank they took hundreds of times during those two years? Joke of a company! Karma is on the way! :)
