I had the good fortune of dealing with Filippo over a period of a month or so. He offered absolutely a five star service for Beauty Luxury and was 100% knowledgeable and competent in all areas of customer service from knowing the products inside out, giving advice regarding the best options for me personally and also on a technical level. Sadly I didn't purchase a mini piscina from Beauty Luxury due to lack of installation and testing which should follow delivery. I was looking for a full installation, however, my choice to not purchase was in no way down to Filippo - in fact, I would have, given the right circumstances, bought a mini piscina through him even if it had been more expensive because he had really dedicated much time, effort and advice to my project. I wish him him all the very best for 2024.

I ordered a mini pool on may and pay 50 % of the price (more then 7.000 euros) with the promise they send me the poll at least at the beginning of December but at the end of January the silent. No one never answered my various email and I spoked last time, at the end of December, with the responsabile who grant me they will send me the pool at the end of January . Very bad experience … I hope at the end the pool will be good but I’m very afraid.

I Ordered a pet spa in December 2020 and payed in advance 3.900 € and was promised delivery January 2021 - Last time I asked for my missing spa was february 16 2021!!!! Beauty Luxury was answering prompt up until they had received my payment - after that I had to write several times before they even answered back. Now I received my very expensive pet spa - and anyone who wants to see pictures of a piece of junk they delivered are welcome to contact me "kontakt @ bykomi.dk" - I have send the pictures and a complain to Beauty Luxury - but haven't heard a word from them. My advice is: DON'T ORDER OR PAY FOR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
