I ordered a K19 and selected 2 day shipping, but found out in the package tracking that it was not sent through the method I had paid for. I ended up getting the package after about a week and in the process I called to get a refund on the shipping. I talked to a rep and within about 5 minutes I had the money back. The guy that helped me was honest and personable. It was simply a human error for whenever they shipped it out. Turned a lame situation into a good one.

The order shipped fast and kept me informed throughout the whole delivery. When I did reach out to customer service they answered within the day. The products arrived in great packaging with the items wrapped in bubble wrap. And the items were not handled inappropriately resulting in a flawless delivery. Not to mention they followed all of the precise instructions I gave them. Phenomenal service and company. I highly recommend shopping from here. They have great products at a affordable price.
