I wish to pass on to the owner of Barbeques Galore Pakenham feedback from my shopping experience yesterday.
Karina is highly knowledgeable and customer focussed and it is rare to find this important combination. Karina was patient with my partner's endless questions and as our needs were further identified she shifted our attention to find exactly what we needed.
Ayden was also super helpful and as we purchased a unit from display he went above and beyond in helping us to get it into our vehicle with instructions on how to reassemble the side panels when we arrived home and to call the store with any dramas.
I will recommend your store to my friends and family due to the amazing customer service provided. Please pass on my congratulations and thanks.

When the technician arrived to do the replacement of the evaporative cooler they were polite, Hardworking and efficient. High level of professionalism
Some advise a month before summer get more technicians in as the demand to repair and fitment of units are high. Why i mention this is I had to wait 2.5 weeks before I could get and appointment and our house was absolutely uncomfortable to live in
WA Salvage of bbq stores
3 times I have purchased from the Midland store and 3 times the products purchased where not fit for purpose.
Dents, missing parts poor quality products, service is garbage not interested in even trying to go the extra to satisfy complaints.
They are cheaper for a reason pay a little extra and go elsewhere is my advice you will only be disappointed and let down

I visited the Midland, W.A. store today and was delighted with the service provided by the store manager. He was passionate about the products and his knowledge was exceptional. I will definitely be singing his praises to all of my network and encouraging them to support this retailer

I contacted the jindalee store yesterday to chase parts for an Arrosto pizza oven i bought from them 3 years ago and the guy was completely disinterested and dismissive. He said it was an old model and he didn't have parts for it. I asked if he could take my details and follow it up by escalating the question within the organisation and he was not interested and again dismissive saying that no one would have parts.. it's an old model... 3 years old! Terrible service!

Stainless steel BBQ rusts as cheap steal used
The stainless steel BBQ was not fit for purpose as rusted within two years. No warranty against rust! Incorrect stainless steel (430) is used and is not suitable for outdoors which is where a BBQ is usually kept. Their suggestion polish it every week even if it is not used and it wont rust!!! Keep your money safe and but elsewhere.

We waited seven months for a BBQ to be supplied by BBQ Galore and when it was finally delivered, it wasn't complete. There were parts missing i.e. the wings/shelves on the side of the BBQ! Go somewhere else to buy a BBQ!

Stay away! Great team but their refund and delivery sucks
Stay away, terrible company. I purchased a Masterbuilt 800 series from them and the first one was defect so they replaced it with the display unit (not even a new u it) in the store for no discount which took months to organise. The display unit rusted within days and all the paint on the inside of the heat box melted. I raised a complaint to refund the product but their customer care team is completely useless. They argued that it was my fault and would only replace the rusty parts, not give me a refund or store credit as requested. After several months they finally got around to sending me the last parts and some that don’t even belong to this unit and said I have to take it apart and put it back together myself. The new lid on the fire box has already melted and all the paint on the inside of the unit is flaking off, also the bottom of the fire box has expanded and almost broken through the side because it’s such low quality thin steel. They told me they’d refund the unit delivery and build fee I paid but after several months and going into the store directly to discuss, still no refund.

Got apologies and some guff about good intentions, still waiting for a genuine response. Intentions are worthless if the execution is mucked up. Nothing about this experience would encourage me to either give BBQs Galore my custom or recommend them to anybody else.
Shocking after sale service
I bought a BBQ on 16th December last year and there was a part missing from the box. I immediately informed them, but as at today (3rd Feb 2024) there has been no replacement part sent. I have called them multiple times, sent multiple emails, and still nothing. They have zero regard for their customers once they've sold them a product. I recommend looking elsewhere for a BBQ.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the customer service team, which has compelled me to write this review. The team, based in a remote location, seemed to have a significant language barrier and struggled to understand English. This communication issue made it nearly impossible to get any effective assistance with my order.
Additionally, there was a serious discrepancy in delivery dates. The website initially promised a specific delivery date for premium delivery service, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this option. However, once the order was placed, the delivery date was suddenly pushed back with no explanation or prior notification. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted my plans.
The inability of the customer care team to effectively communicate and address my concerns has left me deeply dissatisfied.
This experience has severely impacted my trust in Barbeques Galore, and I am hesitant to use their services again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that significant improvements are made in both customer communication and service delivery accuracy.

Would never purchase from BBQ Galore…
Would never purchase from BBQ Galore ever again! Purchased a bbq for my husband for Father’s Day and still not able to use it by Christmas! Found out it had a faulty part when we assembled it and called the store we purchased it from only to find out the issue has to go through the “head office warranties dept” to get it replaced. To cut a very long story short, we have had what feels like a million phone calls and emails to multiple different contacts and we are still waiting. Worst customer service experience!!!

Update: My issue isn't with the company but the goods they choose to sell. We bought an outdoor lounge and table set several years ago (3/20) and without doubt it is the poorest quality thing I have EVER purchased. As of today, the structural integrity of the seats is beginning to crumble, the wicker is literally falling off the arms and legs and I refuse to let our granddaughter go anywhere near it, lest she is injured. An absolutely shocking product obviously sourced from a manufacturer not putting in the right amount of stabilizer into the resin. They sell good BBQs here but lounges? Yeah nah.
BEWARE: Barbeques Galore Jindalee
ETA's are a joke. Website lies. Then the experience with Barbeques Galore Jindalee went far beyond terrible. After a 3-week wait for an item that was advised ETA 5 days, I was finally told by the Jindalee staff to come in to collect. Went in only to be told that they now didn't want to do it that day and I would have to come back another day. Even after mentioning that they had already confirmed it with me that day and that I simply now don't have another time, they didn't care. So not only have I been delayed over 2 weeks, had to rearrange a busy schedule just to be able to get there when they told me to, but then they simply couldn't be bothered doing their job and had no problem inconveniencing further.
