Best pet insurance as I’ve have three other policies with our older dogs. Just made our most recent claim. Must be the 6th claim with Petsy. Always great customer support and paid pretty much the same if not next day.

Surprisingly have had a great experience with their staff in store in the city store in Sydney. They were knowledgeable and helpful in helping a new customer and one that I think will remain a customer for a while.

Always great service anytime I need to contact the staff at petsy. The level of care is no really seen anywhere else let alone form an insurance provider.

Had a few hiccups and hopefully they can improve. I’ll update this after being with them for a while.

I have a 8 year old tv that is working great and then I have a less than 3 year old that I’ve had to throw out. maybe the quality isn’t there anymore or maybe I just got a dud. either way I’ll consider purchasing from them again and the delivery was quick and the customer support albeit email only was good enough.

This pizza oven has to be one of me and the families best items we have in the house. Our pizzas now taste like those from the authentic pizza places! Keep up the amazing work Gozney!

I made an online order after researching and finding that they were one of the very few that had a bottega item in stock. Bass delivery was gonna be next day. I left things to the last minute. And therefore, just used the click and collect. The staff are really friendly and are used to purchase often many years ago so I think I’ll start shipping here more often

Purchased over the phone the staff were very helpful and able to explain how it works. I wanted coverage for the whole family including Mum and Dad who are 60+

There was for us an easy claims process for a stolen bag. I will use them again on our next holiday

Good product just wish they lasted a bit longer than they did. After the initial few washes ours wasn’t as fluffy. Got it delivered on time. Not to bad customer service either.

Only good things to say about Petsy from our family which includes two teenagers and two fur babies. We have been with them for years and their customer service is exemplary of how customers should be treated from all insurance businesses. I experienced a very stressful situation when our older lab ate a sock. Petsy staff were so caring and helpful. The claim was paid fast and they even called to check up on us. I recommend Petsy to anyone who cares for their pets.
