Normally a great service, resonable prices, tech support fantastic, fast delivery and they always respond to emails usually the same day, however, on this occasion I am somewhat disappointed as I received a notification that some parts are not in stock, thats not a problem considering that it would be almost impossible to stock literally millions of items, the problem is its taken then 5 days to notify me, that being that its taken 5 days since the time of placing the order before they even started to process the order. Disappointing !

First time I have used this company and I can only say a first class purchase from start to finish. Great comms, informed all the way and super fast postage.The item is also good quality. I can 100% recommend.

No delivery.
I have they a deadline to deliver or refund my money until 03.12.21, today 08.12.21 its not arrive me anything.
Of Course, today is of the Site for the items, always
delivery time 24/48h.
When you spend your money and time for nothing, then order from this Companie.
The worst is, that i must giving one star this untrustworthy companie.

Ordered blades for mower on 04/09/2021 - delivery promised within 4 days which is why we used them. Chased ten days later. Promised soon, No other contact. Sent email today asking for refund. Do not use such an awful customer service.

I ordered 1 pulley which was supposed to be in stock. Plainly it isn't as it hasn't been despatched in over a week let alone the 24 hour promise.

No one answers the phone an no reply to email. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this company. There wont be a third.

My mower is still down.

Be aware this company also operates under the name pieces-tracteur-tondeuse.com . Don't use them by mistake.

As for the reply - always excuses, never a solution.

On 31st May, I ordered 4 items from Autoportée Discount. The sole reason I ordered from them as opposed to my usual company was the promise of 24/48h delivery as I was in need of 2 of the items quickly. On the 4th June, still having had no correspondence from them, I sent an email (impossible to deal to anyone on telephone). Their response was the had a problem with one of the items, but were expecting delivery within 1-2 days. Again I waited. On 10th June, another email was sent to ask what was happening. Their response was an automated email stating my order was being processed. Later that day, an email was received stating delivery was in progress. And again the same email on the 12th!! One parcel finally turned up on the 19th June, some 20 days after the order, but one part was missing!! The final part finally arrived on 21st June! At no point have AD ever offered any form of compensation, and even on email, their apologies are weak and I was made to feel as though it was all my fault and I wasn't patient enough!! Very poor experience.

I am very disappointed with the service from Autoportée Discount. I ordered two V-Belts on 28/05 and still have not received them. I only decided to use this company as they claim 24 to 48 hours dispatch, which simply was not the case. Upon complaining, the response from their team was for a 5% discount off my next purchase, which I certainly will not be making!!
