This company is run by individuals who do not deliver on their promises. My experience with Myles and Lar was extremely disappointing. The work was not completed as agreed, and instead of using the correct materials, Lar applied washing liquid instead of a proper slab sealing compound. The uniform and vehicle used appeared unprofessional and possibly misleading. I strongly advise others to be cautious and seek services elsewhere.

Hi this is aqua seal cleaning services there is isome review from other companies by similar names and people r mistaken it's really hurting business as we try to do everything possible to make customers happy.think trust pilot gotta get to grips and sort this mess out . Beware of this company operated by fraudulent people named Myles and Lar. Do not trust them. They do not perform the job as agreed and promised. Lar used washing liquid instead of a proper slab sealing compound. Trying to get in touch with him but the company refused to even identify him. Bogus company uniform and car.

Aqua Clean clean our windows to a good standard every month. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Today their boss Rob steam washed and re-sanded our (very) dirty driveway and rear patio. The results are outstanding.

Totally dissatisfied with cleaning service. It was okay at one time but we have since had to complain on two seperate occasions. Cleaned this week in the rain and I paid but now notice little spots all over the windows AGAIN. Customer service are great and each time sent someone out to do them again but I don't feel up to complaining each time I have my windows cleaned. I am in the process of looking for another window cleaner as I am not impressed

Wrong company we r aqua seal cleaning services and we r losing business coz of this review we clean driveways and roofs .is there somebody that can rectify this plz. Mark

Avoid! Total waste of money, they only come when it's raining, and the quality is absolutely awful. Think the rain would do a better job

Confident to contract with this company having watched the roof cleaning process from start to finish on a neighbour's property. Especially impressed with the cleaning up done at the end of each working day. Being recently widowed, it was important to fully understand contract and have questions answered satisfactorily. As far as I was able, I received assurances and booked roof clean.
As far as I am able to say, the roof clean is satisfactory but will be able to confirm this when roofers come to deal with ridge tiles.
I believe that I did not receive the same service as I witnessed my neighbours receiving.
The guttering of my conservatory was not cleaned (photos taken from upstairs window).
UPVC sofits etc not cleaned properly (subsequent visit removed staining proving work not done properly initially) and in general no clean up done at the end of working day.... photos available.
Solar lights broken.. offer to replace at cost (no receipt to show amount paid, so no compensation).
After return to rectify these mistakes identified, subsequently found that moss from roof and debris on one side of house (fencing etc) had not been cleaned.
Total lack of taking responsibility and felt intimidated by complaining.
I was told that I was the first person to complain about their service!
Did give £5 morrisons bunch flowers that went straight into bin.
No response to emails after paying invoice and to date, no receipt either.

Sorry there is another aqua not sure ,have a look because i am waiting 2 months to get paid ,i am not sure if luigui will pay me ,its so bad.its look like they have got the same name as yours

The worst service. Pathetic. Don't buy their services. The service guy always comes after 4 days of complaint. And today when he serviced the aquaguard, it's not working at all. We called back and now he isn't attending the call. The service center is also not giving proper response. We are fed up with their services. Not recommended at all

Rob and his team are amazing. Totally trustworthy, we had to go to an appointment whilst they were cleaning the inside of our house windows. We had no worries. They always do a fantastic job. Yesterday they cleaned the conservatory inside roof ( they do the outside as always) . Wonderful. Can’t praise them enough....and great company!

The team completed a full conservatory clean inside and out. Friendly service and completed to an excellent standard.
