If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item September 26th. October 14th no shipping or tracking info...customer service is nonexistent. When I enter my order number and email the website says they "don't match." Beware scam website!

Nice selection at good prices

Nice selection at good prices. Well made clothing. One item I purchased was as described, but the picture was misleading. I thought the lacket would be longer based on the picture, but it was hip length - which actually matched the dimensions that were listed. I didn't check the dimensions before buying though.

Order received 1 month later is Not as described item.. Unbelievable I ordered a 45 dollar fair isle sweater and it’s made of SWEATSHIRT material!!! Something you would see on a nursing home patient!! Just cause your company name starts with Annie there is nothing sweet about it!!! Cheap cheap cheap RIPPED OFF you outa be ashamed..

Product not as shown/described

Material, color, quality nothing like shown ... it was not cotton and dark orange, it was acrylic and bright orange; quality and construction nowhere even close to item picture and description. I would add a picture here to illustarte, but this platform does not seem to offer that. I also appreciate the formulaic response from the supplier, one that you can scroll and see in many of these reviews as this is a known and very obvious issue.

ATROCIOUS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! ITS A SCAM. The photos on the website are not what you receive-you get super cheap knockoffs. Then when you try to contact via the website as they instruct, you cant process the return as it wont accept it. Save your money-this is dollar store junk!!!!!

This is the 3rd order I’ve placed (different sizes) for this sweater. Each one has been easy to order. My only wish is that it could arrive quicker. I’m hoping this one arrives before Chris, which is in 5 weeks.

Horrible experience with Anniecloth

Horrible experience with Anniecloth! They charged my credit card and never delivered my order. After finally figuring out how to contact them via chat (company in based in China), I was told they hadn’t even sent it yet. In fact they still had to make it🤬!! They never even bothered to update me!

I will give Annie Cloth a zero!!

I will give Annie Cloth a zero!!! I purchased a shirt that was advertised to be 100% cotton on their website. When I received it I noticed the poor quality of the material and then the tag reads Polyester. the shirt is 100 percent polyester. Then I followed the instructions to return it and their website page is defective! it does not let me process the return! Annie Cloth is a total Scam!! stay away.
