AMZ Marketing Hub 

2 Years, £7500 paid, 4 project managers, promises and targets that have not been achieved, and still no book published. There is NO complaints procedure, and they think they have done an excellent job so far and my concerns are all minor issues! And did I mention they now want another £799 to set an account up for money to go into it once the book is published.
I am now getting in touch with the fraud squad for them to look into this company once and for all.

Always found Oscar very heplful and keen to lead me in the right direction. I only gave one star on last revew which was ment to be a 4. My mistake.

I am sorry to say my book trilogy has been completely ruined by this company promising to help then not.
My first trilogy may never happen for this reason. They published full of errors and when I told them I would be leaving and wrote a review they promised to re publish it if I took my review down and deleted everything.
Please think carefully before working with them

I wrote a book and was super excited to have this published on Amazon. All started well, good deals, great communication and so on, as time went on, they didn’t seem to listen to my feedback about what I wanted, then communication became non existant. I tried to raise a complaint, would be told this would be looked into, still no response so I tried to raise another complaint, the email bounced, this email does not exist, so I emailed their customer service team, bounced again, called the number, not in service. For anyone who has had money taken, call your bank, they may be able to help, secondly, request a new bank card, they still have your details and finally if they set you up an account on KDP publishing, be aware they now have your personal details and bank details that are linked to the account. Very clever, I don’t usually fall for a scam but this one had me. I will also be reporting them to action fraud tomorrow to prevent this happening to anyone else!

Since submitting my original review, I have been requesting a full refund of my original fee paid to them under the Breach of Business to Business Contract, under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. No refund has been forthcoming. I have sent a letter before court action that has been returned unopened to me. I am now sending a copy of the letter again. They guaranteed me 100% ownership rights to my book, but claimed the publishing rights without my prior knowledge or consent by changing my ISBN numbers in their name, resulting that I had to with draw the book from sale and start a fresh.
AMZ Marketing web site states on Google search today that the account is suspended.
Perhaps no one should part with their money until their company has been clarified.

At first I was hesitant as I am a first time Author. Also, I felt that perhaps my time had past. After all long gone is my youth. However, after showing what I had written and getting feed back I was encouraged to pursue.
This company brought my dream to life. Their support and assistance was exemplary. My experience was so good that there's another book I will give them to publish. The money spent was worth it. Highly recommend using them to all Authors.

This company is absolutely terrible. I have been with them since August 2022. Whilst they did eventually manage to get my book " All About Cancer " in print it took about 6 re-edits before they got it right. They were making basic editing errors such as orphaned paragraphs, orphaned headings, inconsistent font throughout the text. I paid £2500 for a marketing package which, if sales were not achieved and the £6000 target met, should have been refundable. As they put in absolutely zero effort into marketing the book, the £6000 target was obviously not met and I have been trying over the last 4-6 months to get my money back. After threatening legal action and sending them a statutory demand form from the Government website, I eventually had an agreement from them that I would receive my money back at a rate of £500 per month over 5 months. My part of the “deal” included removing a previous negative review from Trustpilot that I had posted, which I did. However, after two payments, both late and neither for the full amount, they have now stopped paying and nobody is answering the messages on the communication package they use called Basecamp. In addition, the telephone number published on their website does not work. So I am re-posting my review.
They are all over you like a rash when you first sign up but then do not put the promised and paid for, effort into marketing. If you make a complaint, they just try to gloss over it and despite making several complaints, nothing is ever done. I found all the staff are just pushing to get more money out of you and don't care if you are not happy. I regret ever having made the choice to take my book to them for publishing and I am seriously considering withdrawing my permission for them to market it and taking it elsewhere. In short, this company is just a rip off merchant trying to get as much money as possible from authors. Do not be fooled that they are actually affiliated to Amazon.com in any way. There is a very small disclaimer on the bottom of their home website page which states this however, throughout their website they refer to Amazon and have the logo of the Amazon delivery company on their website. This is just to try to fool people that they are a reputable company.
What should have been an exciting time getting my first book published has turned into an absolute nightmare because of this company. Do not touch them with a bargepole !!!

I had a highly disappointing experience with AMZ Marketing Hub. I purchased a service related to the book "Decor by Design," which, as I later discovered, has never been approved nor published. This misleading marketing tactic is unacceptable.

Furthermore, during a recorded phone call with their representative, there was no mention of any charges or fees for cancellation. I have this call documented, proving the lack of transparency in their communication.

Despite multiple requests for a full refund due to the unfulfilled service and deceptive practices, I have yet to receive any resolution. This is a clear violation of consumer rights, and I advise others to be cautious when dealing with AMZ Marketing Hub as they ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH AMAZON.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them to anyone. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The process of publishing was very good despite dealing with different people. It was a long process but overall the team was very helpful and explained the process well. It was challenging dealing with the translation into another language but a solution was found leading to a successful outcome. Customer service was very good and I would recommend AMZ Marketing Hub and looking forward to working with the team on future projects.

Writing a book is a daunting task. Once the book is written the next minefield is how to present it and get it to market. I have been very fortunate to work with AMZ Marketing Hub. Publishing the Cyrus the Pig stories was an afterthought. Originally written for my own amusement and that of friends the idea of turning them into a literary venture came later. The team at AMZ were very good at publishing my book from start to finish. Their cover photo was really good and I would definitely work with them again on future endeavours. The only thing I would note is that they could communicate all costs clearly at the beginning, such as you need an Amazon profile before publishing your book.

I was sceptical at first that my book could be made available online in the format I'd designed it. But AMZ Marketing Hub stayed on the case and saw it through to a very successful conclusion. Full marks for handling a difficult case very well!

My name is B. L. MacKinnon, and I am currently working with Arthur Burton and his team. I am inclined to opine here, that they are a very capable group.
It was brought to my attention, in the latter part of 2023, that my two memoirs, Rhesus Negative and Upon Downwards Looking, had, in the midst of a so-called (and highly resourced) shadow banning campaign - post-publication, remarkably enough - also been 'shadow butchered': this, following the hacking of the Gmail account linked to my Amazon publishing account.
Thus far, Arthur and his team have done a sterling job of restoring Upon Downwards Looking, and they are currently finalising the repair of Rhesus Negative for republication, in its original form and on (hopefully) secure, Yahoo-linked, publication platform accounts
What is perhaps most reassuring about the folk at AMZ Marketing Hub, is that they are meticulous about what they do, and that consequently, they get the editing and publication processes exactly right. Therefore, if you are an aspiring author looking to self-publish (with a little help from dedicated professionals), then, in my view, these are amongst the best people you could turn to.

This was my first time writing a book, after a few challenges, and various project managers, I found Samuel Miller to be the right person to continue in the project, he is patient, positive, professional and skillful with dealing with people, this has been an amazing opportunity for me to finally get a book that i have been meaning to write of years.
