So today I had an issue with my saber order. I bought a proffie saber and with that promotion I also got a free saber. I received my free saber without my actual ordered saber. I was a little stressed and it was apparent in the way I messaged the company. It didnt take long for them to help me with tracking my order and assurining me that they are on it. Unlike most companies I could tell that I was really being taken care of and that AllSabers were not simply fobbing me off. Not gonna lie, I was a little snippy at first as I was stressed out but the person I delt with was straight onto the courier and gave me tracking information within five minutes. I came away feeling like I was a valued customer and that my stresses were warranted. They were even knowledgeable enough to warn me about potential scam sites! Brilliant customer care guys. Ten out of ten. Ive not yet received my saber but I felt it was important to give them dues for how they dealt with my concerns.
