Your in good hands

So today I had an issue with my saber order. I bought a proffie saber and with that promotion I also got a free saber. I received my free saber without my actual ordered saber. I was a little stressed and it was apparent in the way I messaged the company. It didnt take long for them to help me with tracking my order and assurining me that they are on it. Unlike most companies I could tell that I was really being taken care of and that AllSabers were not simply fobbing me off. Not gonna lie, I was a little snippy at first as I was stressed out but the person I delt with was straight onto the courier and gave me tracking information within five minutes. I came away feeling like I was a valued customer and that my stresses were warranted. They were even knowledgeable enough to warn me about potential scam sites! Brilliant customer care guys. Ten out of ten. Ive not yet received my saber but I felt it was important to give them dues for how they dealt with my concerns.

Great saber store with no problems

Ive just received my second saber order from them without a hitch. The shipping is fast and got to me from China to the U.K within 10 days! Great selection of sabers and unlike some other saber stores they are well stocked. Ive experienced zero hitches when using them. All packages have arrived on time. Im definitely going to use them again. Highly recommend

Absolutely ridiculous online service

Absolutely ridiculous online service! It runs like it's a throwback to the year 2000. The website constantly runs you through a plethora of confirmation pages. Codes to verify only to not work. It won't even let me delete an order from my basket. I've been a customer with O2 for ten years and the system when upgrading my phone ( because they sent me a text saying i could ) failed me a credit check even though I've never missed a payment in over a decade. Ridiculous service. I've been on the website for an hour and fourty five minutes to no avail.

This store is brilliant! I have placed multiple orders and every single one has been dispatched within one day of placing the order. They have the very best selection of knives in the country. Not only do they have a wide selection, they also have the best brands like - Tops knives - CRKT - KA - BAR - Cold Steel , but to name a few. My one shop for quality blades.

These guys genuinely care

I couldn't be happier with the service that airsoft world has provided. I contacted them in regards to a brand new XM16E1 model that has just been released. Even though noone in the U.K had the item in stock or could get them, Airsoft World came through for me and ordered it from overseas for me and promptly contacted me the minute it arrived so I didn't miss placing my order. That's simply excellent personal customer service. Well done guys. You've secured a life long customer here.

Pristine customer service

I honestly can't fault onlybbguns! They are simply excellent at what they do. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years now and I've never ever been let down by them. I has a special request about my latest purchase and they did everything they could to accommodate me. They use quick and reliable couriers and always keep you in the loop with your order. Not to mention they have the latest and greatest that the airsoft market has to offer. Highly recommended!

I want all the pews!

I went along to the store today, and wow, I was more that impressed! I've been into Airsoft for a good few years now, and I've gotta say that visiting JD Airsoft really reinvigorated my love for the hobby. The store was clean, well stocked and the staff were more than helpful. I purchased a m870 shotgun and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be going back. Put it this way, I'm not an M4 guy myself and I wanted to buy an m4 based upon the way they displayed them. I was of corse allowed to handle the shotgun I was interested in , I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. Great bunch of people with a beautiful selection.

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles! I waited in all day only to have an email saying that my parcel had been delivered and signed for by me! Which was absolutely not the case. The item I ordered was a R.I.F ( real imitation firearm ) and needs a ukara licence in order to own. U.P.S are marking this parcel as delivered, which means they have potentially created a very dangerous situation by placing a R.I.F into the hands of someone who is A. Unlicensed and B. Will use the item for socially irresponsible practices. Not to mention, giving an unlicensed person a R.I.F is against the law. Great job U.P.S. this isn't even taking into account that it was a very expensive.

Airsoft world has always delivered excellent customer service with speedy deliveries. My last order was shipped within one day of placing the order. You really can't ask for better than that. They are knowledgeable and polite and have always answered any concerns I may have in a friendly and professional manner.

Absolute crooks

I will never ever give my business to this crook ever again. I purchased two Fultons October decks last year 2022 at the start of November. It's now the 9th of February 2023. I've sent multiple emails asking where my cards are to no answer in return. I paid for the items but received nothing in return. There is no way that the cards were sent as I did not receive a single delivery email or tracking number. I work from home so I'm always in , nothing was sent. Merchant of magic - taking people's money without any intention of sending the items is stealing. Shame on you

STAY AWAY FROM BRITISH GAS

Soooo just had £856 taken from my account. I am leaving British gas after two years of disgusting service. The customer service is non existent. If you are able to get them to admit fault the very next thing to happen is the call or chat is disconnected. They literally hang up on you if they owe you any funds in credit. My credit with them is £1456 and yet when it was time to leave them..suddenly they said I owed them £1350 so my leaving credit refund will be less than £200...within the space of five minutes on a chat with them I suddenly owed them £1350...AMAZING! I'd managed over a thousand pounds in electric and gas use within five minutes! Wow that's one expensive chat! Look guys you will be out of business within five years , mark my words because you treat customers like a means to an end of using the system to fleece hard working people. You fail to recognise that your customers are human beings and you take from them without fair cause , you take food from the mouths of their children, you take away a quality of life that they have worked for. At least a robber has the corourge to look his victims in the eye as he steels , British has does it from a call centre overseas and uses jargon and mumbo jumbo to confuse its customers into going away quietly as British gas ruins their finances

When you pay by Direct Debit although we take a payment each month we only produce a bill every 3 or 6 months so you're often building up a credit balance until the time your bill is produced.

They lie, they cheat , they steal.

This company is not even capable of listening to its customers and down right lie in order to get you off the phone as soon as possible. I'm a disabled citizen and cannot walk, my only source of income is personal independence payment. I live in a one bedroom flat with three tiny heaters and I don't use the heat alot. British gas charged me £867 for gas and £360 for electricity! They took it from my account without warning. Long story short they kept me on the phone ( passing me around for two and a half hours ) only for the next bill to come in as £600 in DEBT! this went on and on and on until I had to get help from governing bodies. They set up a bill of £125 a month for gas! And £45 for electricity every month! OK so I thought it's all sorted at least...no nasty surprises. Only to find the next bill come in at a staggering £978 for gas & £567 for electricity for one months use! They told me to contact the bank to get the money refunded, so I did ...Great. only to find the British gas had taken the money AGAIN after telling me to get a refund! This has been ongoing for over two years now and I've had enough. They lie on the phone, promise you everything is sorted only to sting you with the thing they promised wouldn't happen..its to the point where I get actual anxiety when I get a bill from them. Absolutely disgusting company! Avoid at all costs!

This has to be the Worst delivery…

This has to be the Worst delivery company in the UK! After taking a day off work unpaid they failed to deliver my parcel. When I tried to call the automated system just went around in circles until it hung up. Then I tried sending an email and it said that my address didn't exsist. After days of struggling I finally got my parcel..my door was hammered in an angry fashion to which I was greeted with a very rude individual who said " tut! Could you live any further away!...youve ruined my entire day!" Now I wouldn't mind if this was an isolated case but a year or so before that I had a different uk mail " proffesinal " say to me " phfft! Your still in bed at this time " as I answered to door in my dressing gound..i was working nights and felt I had to explain myself to a total stranger..after I complained about that all of my parcels went missing and turned up damaged when I finally got then. If I had the choice between UK mail £5 delivery and another £40 deliver company I'd happily pay the £40 to ensure that my parcel went nowhere near ukmail.
