Never revived my sofa bed. Paid nearly £500 and had no call or anything! Sweek then tell me to get in touch with Alice’s garden and the email takes me to hello-bjsfsmily What kind of emails that! Beware of these names!!

Poor quality, produc came with fault, never solved the issue. It is a completely shame. Desrespect with the consumers.

You're about to lose your money!
Just ring them 3 days in a row. If no one answers the phone you know what you're in for. Then make sure you pay using PayPal so you get your $ back when you dispute the non-delivery. Ordered a dining setting in Sept. Was told it would come in Nov. Never came. Rang daily for over a week then went to PayPal. They never contacted me. You will lose your $ if you don't have protection but why bother. Get it somewhere reliable!

Stay away at all costs
Made the same mistake ordering from these guys twice, both times I never got the product or had any communication about the order. I should have listened to the other reviews and my first experience.
I don’t know how these guys are still in business. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I filed a case against them. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Hi purchased an outdoor lounge set in September 2024. Just like all the previews reviews I can see; same story, I emailed for an ETA, they said it was pushed back to end of November. Lasted November I would email them every day for 12 days. No response to a single email. The phone doesn't ring. Good customer service at least requires communication, which the definitely lack! This company does not appear to be legitimate. Be aware if you purchase from them, you will never receive your order.

Dodgy - stole my money
Dodgy! They don't reply to e-mails, the phone line is dead so cannot talk to anyone. Purchased early September took them 6 weeks to respond to an e-mail after I filed a paypal case. Still no refund or further responses.

This Company is a SCAM, phone does not ring and NO return emails, I have reported to the ACCC and Department of Fair Trading, now in the process of tracking down the alleged imported ( Sebastian I think ) and have a producer friend in the Current Affair Team who is helping. M\ay see this scam on TV

This company is a scam. I purchased a pergola for $400 dollars, 2mths ago.
They took my money and have not responded to emails, the phone number does not work and you cannot contact them on instagram.
I have requested a refund and the email address now bounces back from postmaster.
