Big delay of order

I make the order on 26 December 2024.
They said that I gonna receive it on 27 December 2024.
Today we are at ending of 29 December and is still in preparation...
This is the reason why I give you one star!
Answer 30.12:
In order confirmation (with a star and small letters) you mentioned that I gonna have the package with a delay, on 28.12.24.
The package was today proceeded by bpost, on 30.12.24. Also today it gonna be available at point where I chose it.
I gonna change and I gonna give you 5 stars, just because you have good prices and you answer to my complain.

Although their website promise to send the product next day if you order before midnight (I ordered around 18.00-19.00), they are not providing that service on time. Such an unprofessional attitude. They only mention that “they can’t deliver if there is a storm or earthquake etc”., there is no warning on their website about possible delays in deliveries.
I got better services from other Belgium companies like coolblue, distrelec or tonershop.be. I don’t advise anybody to use 123inkt.be. You can see their decreasing quality of service and product, when you check last 1 year’s reviews. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering.

I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANYTHING FROM 123INK.BE AGAIN!!!!
The worst experience ever! I bought ink in January 2024. The ink I received (their brand) didn't work out. They sent new ink, but it didn't work again. Finally, I asked to send the original Epson. That one worked. I returned the two defective ink packages.
The service receiving the returned packages didn't notify the administration. I started receiving paper and email invoices with extra charges for "not paying". I contacted 100x consumer support. Each time had to talk with someone else.
They promise to find a solution to all this confusion. I finally received an invoice; the total was wrong. They were charging two times the delivery cost. I asked to correct it. Finally, I received a proper invoice to pay the difference from the 123ink cartridges to the Epson cartridges.
I finally got a proper invoice. I paid it the same day I got it. Sent by email the proof of payment.
And now, 5 hours later, I received another menacing email that they will charge fees for "the invoice I haven't paid."
I paid this invoice this morning after finally receiving the correct due amount.
They are harassing me, or their internal communication system is not working.
I've been dealing with their negligence from January 13th until today, March 5th!!!
I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANYTHING FROM 123INK.BE AGAIN!!!!
