I love this company! They have always been so helpful when I’ve had any questions. We are currently on our 38th exchange in about 20 years and we have been able to see so much more of the world thanks to homeexchange.com. My favorite way to travel!

Sonder Dubai JBR is part of the Marriott group. When we arrived at night, we were told we would receive an upgrade because we have Marriott Gold status. That “upgrade” was a sham. We were placed in apartment 203 on the second floor. In lower floors this turned out to be a complete mistake.

All night we could hear club music until around 3:00 AM, and the entire apartment vibrated. Our children and we could not sleep. At the front desk we sought help, but they could not do anything at that moment, promising to forward it to the manager. We were told everything was fully booked and only from October 12 a quieter apartment on the fifth floor would become available — until then we would have to stay in the noisy unit. That was unacceptable.

We demanded alternative solutions. They offered another Sonder hotel in the city, but with an additional charge and without beach access. Ultimately they only offered us Sonder credits instead of a refund. Only after I threatened to contact the tourism authorities did they agree to refund the cost back to our credit card — except for the one night we had stayed, which I accepted.

We then moved to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah — and it was miles better. Sonder has excellent furnishings, but if you end up in a second or lower floor apartment, it’s a total failure. The music and vibrations from the club until the early morning, plus daytime piano noise from the lobby, made staying unbearable.

We lost a full day in Dubai, and the experience left our children with a negative first impression. I strongly advise never to accept rooms in lower floors — and caution against any promised upgrade that never materializes.

I could not get into your website over and over. I did everything your IT people told me to do. I had 3 people that o had to respond to which took up and frustrated my time trying to book and confirm. When I tried to sign in, it wouldn't let me and when I tried to create an account, it said I already had one. I've never had an account prior. Marie my rep was the most helpful. I started with her and kept going back to her. She somehow was able to get me a confirmation. However, the residence that was booked for us was on the second floor and we were NOT aware of that. The Mariott booked us in a MUCH different 1st floor residence in a more populated area..not the beautiful view of the golf course. Wasn't what I suspected. All in all...this was a huge headache. I've never heard of Koala and actually suspected it was a fraud because  nothing was communicated about your company in the vrbo advertisement 

It was my first time using Hip Camp and it was very easy , I loved that it shows a picture of the camp and all the info you might need before reserving, my husband and I love to travel so I’ll be using the app 

Nina from Adriatic Experience was a joy to work with. We were so impressed by the itinerary that she created for our Croatian Catamaran experience for four couples. Throughout the planning stages, she offered excellent suggestions and booked all our accommodations, (pre and post catamaran trip), co-ordinated all airport transfers, booked excellent tour guides, and made dinner reservations at exceptional restaurants. 
The highlight of the trip was the luxurious catamaran for our adventure from Split to Dubrovnik, which Nina also organized. I just can’t say enough about our wonderful crew on board.  They absolutely made the trip for us.  
From start to finish, Nina was always quick to respond to any questions.  Our trip was a 10/10 experience.  Thank you Nina and Adriatic Experience. 

I made a reservation through Expedia and Vrbo with free cancellation until the end of the month. The host is refusing to accept my request to cancel and I’m wasting hours of my life dealing with this. The host keeps on saying “cancel it on your end”, yea I tried but you don’t allow me to? 
Wasn’t shocked to see all the terrible reviews, scammer behavior.

North Shore Holiday Park Skegness
Booked to stay on an extra large fully serviced hard standing touring pitch for touring caravans or motorhomes with awning. Price £173 for 5 nights.

The caravan park had an 11 am check in for touring pitches. The lady in reception was friendly and helpful. A £20 fully refundable deposit it needed for the electronic barrier system.

The caravan park has a mixture of chalets, static caravans and touring pitches. The park was very clean and tidy with the grass and planting well cared for. The touring pitches were well spaced out and there seemed to be adequate water access points for those not on a serviced pitch. There is a large toilet/ shower block that seemed to cope with the amount of people using them . The site was busy on the Friday and Saturday due to the East Coast Pride Festival. Everyone seemed friendly and people were respectful of neighbours. 

On the park there is a pub/restaurant a show at with entertainment. An amusement arcade, children’s play area, dog run, a holiday shop and a Spar shop with a caravan leisure shop which was very well stocked with all sorts of accessories you may need in an emergency and other items, fairly priced. There is only one refuse disposal area and at the time of our visit this was clean not overflowing. There is also a pitch and put green which you can play for a small price.

The best thing about this site is its location within Skegness itself. It is approximately 15 minute walk into the town centre but has a very well serviced bus routes just outside the park’s entrance. The beaches are very clean and many are dog friendly ( please respect all beach users) There is lots of shops bars restaurants and family entertainment in the area, from Fantasy Island in Ingoldmels to all the attractions in Skegness itself, monitoring beaches, swimming pools , the Embassy Theatre and traditional seaside fare.

Why 4stars? When booking on line a got an acknowledgment of payment but nothing from the park itself. I had to phone up and check that my deposit had been accepted at this park not another. I was sent a receipt with the booking information but nothing to day when the balance was due, arrival time etc. When paying the balance the email sent would not open. 
There was a problem with our electricity supply which kept tripping but it was not sorted, we had to use a neighbouring supply. There were only 2 dog litter bins that I could see on site, this does not make some dog owners responsible. Small niggles but enough to drop a star. I would definitely visit again as it proved value for money

Comfortable and cosy house at Allt Goch near Llanbedr.Roomy and reasonably well equipped except for laundry facilities.Washing machine needs internal clean.We did one but needed again.No laundry basket,iron or ironing board.Microwave most definitely needs replacing,but everything else was great.Cleaning standards need tweaking.Dust and dirt under sofa cushions and behind microwave,etc.Perfect spot for visiting places of interest and very relaxing surroundings.Water quality is superb.

The cabin smelled from sewer gas . 1611 moonshine cabin never again will I rent from them. Manager in pigeon forge was an idiot . Told me he would give me a voucher for next time. My vacation was ruined.
