Quick response to my inquiry and questions. 

Product arrived sooner than expected and the quality exceeded expectation.

I’m on my second Thermos bottle. The first one got dented when I dropped it, so I replaced it. Now, in the third year with my second bottle, I’ve noticed some mold-like buildup on the rubber lid inside. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance and functionality—it really does its job well. My only wish is that the bottles are less prone to denting when dropped, and that Thermos would be more proactive in offering replacement lids or parts. I haven’t contacted customer support, but having that kind of option clearly presented would be very helpful.

We used the 7 & 10" bamboo plates for our wedding and they were perfect!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from these clowns.  Placed an order two weeks ago for some pretty common disposable gloves.  Two weeks later and they say the order is still "active" -- hasn't shipped  . . . they're working on it.  Total clowns.  Obviously a poorly run company.  Avoid - it's not worth trying to save a few dollars. 

They were everything I expected from an online purchase.  Great communication, timeliness and quality.

Excellent customer support and low prices. Replies quickly and very efficient. Definitely recommend.

We've been ordering from Foodstiks for several months now to cut down on the waste from plastic utensils at our busy animal hospital.  The forks and knives work really well and helps us feel better about our ecological footprint, but without slowing everybody down to wash things before going back out on the floor.  Thanks for making such a great alternative to single use plastics.
