BEWARE!!! SCAM!!! THIEVES!!!

Network Hardwares is not a business, it’s a SCAM. They are CRIMINALS.
They’ll rob you of your money. They will NOT send you the goods. They’ll string you along endlessly. They won’t give you your money back.
I have reported these criminals to the FBI, CIA, and I’m going to take further legal steps if they do not give me my money back within the next 48 hours. These criminals need to be removed from trustpilot and I’m going to make sure that trustpilot is going to remove them from this website. Their reviews are FAKE. Only the 1-star reviews are real. 

In short, stay away from these con artists.

Orange Hardwares is a lifesaver for anyone looking for rare or discontinued PC parts. I was struggling to find a specific motherboard that had been discontinued for years, and they not only had it in stock but shipped it quickly. The part arrived in perfect condition, securely packaged, and worked flawlessly. Their customer support team was responsive and guided me through the compatibility questions I had before buying. It's rare to find a company that combines availability, affordability, and professionalism at this level. I'm already recommending Orange Hardwares to friends and colleagues in the IT field. Truly exceptional.

My product was extensively damaged during shipping. I promptly requested a replacement and included photo documentation of the damage. That was over 3 months ago and I have yet to hear back from the vendor. Further, I processed a damage claim through the shipping company and completed all the paperwork on the vendor's behalf. The claim was processed successfully and the vendor was notified about it by the shipping company. Since the shipping agreement is technically between the shipper and the vendor, I am unable to receive the refund directly. The vendor was notified about this claim over 2 months ago and I have yet to hear from the vendor. They kept my money and I'm stuck with and product that was unusable. I will never use this vendor again.

Hashbranch and Alberto in particular truly over delivered on everything. We communicated almost everyday through the sales process and all the way to delivery and connection at their mining facility. I was truly impressed. In an industry that has questionable actors sometimes Hashbranch really went beyond the call of duty to bring clarity to a complex niche like BTC mining.

Communication is excellent. They confirmed what might be an atypical order.  Carried it out, in less time than advertised.  (The advertised lead time was long, but written; their actual time to deliver was much less than that.)  Their website search function worked well, though they did have an error on one of their website on the pictures, but the description was correct.  I pointed this out to them, and they fixed it immediately, and the correction was live on their site the next day, that is responsive (and errors happen).  For people, its how it goes after a nit that matters, these people seem to get that and work hard and professionally to do business.  I am buying again.

This seller is amazing and very responsive. He is very helpful and answered all my questions. I am satisfied with my product because of how perfect it turned out to be.
