The medicine is working and it's giving results. I only took the first dose and it was enough. I started not feeling hungry after the second day.

Diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer with bone metastases in April 2024. I was not interested in traditional treatments such as hormone
replacement therapy (HRT) or chemotherapy. 
     Instead, I turned to alternative therapies, beginning with Rick Simpson Oil and naturopathic supplements. Over the next year and a half, I added Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Vitamin B17, Artemisinin, turmeric, and several others. 
     My bloodwork has shown concerning trends: continually rising PSA levels, a declining red blood cell count, and a low Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC). I came across research by Dr. Soon-Shiong highlighting that a prolonged ALC below 1000 can shorten lifespan. Reviewing my own results, mine had been under 1000 for several months.
     I reached out to a supportive relative and shared my data. He suggested I look into ZignaGenix, a company specializing in stem cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. After researching their work, I felt this could be the right path for me. NK Cells are designed to strengthen the immune system by boosting white blood cell counts and targeting diseased cells—without harming healthy ones. This non-destructive approach aligned perfectly with my
goal to avoid chemotherapy.
     Ryland Dunne, my contact at ZignaGenix was patient, knowledgeable, and diligent in finding answers to all of our questions. 
     After deciding to move forward, we flew to San Diego and stayed in an Airbnb for the week. (Pro tip: ask Ryland for help with accommodations—he makes it much easier.)
     I purchased the NK Cells package, excluding stem cells—300 million cells over five days, Monday through Friday. 
     Initially, I was uneasy about traveling to Tijuana or staying overnight there, but by Friday, we decided to stay there because it was simply more convenient.
     We stayed at Hotel Real del Río, which was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was far from
typical—street tacos, beef roast, pork roast, roasted chicken, birria, ceviche, fresh juices,
eggs, omelets, and much more.
     Mauricio, our shuttle driver, made a remarkable impression from day one. He wasn’t just a driver—he was an ambassador for ZignaGenix. Each morning, he greeted us with a genuine smile, enthusiasm, and positivity that set the tone for the day. His knowledge of the area, from San Diego to Tijuana, and his insights into local culture,
geography, food, and bilingualism were incredible. Mauricio went above and beyond his role, making us feel safe, informed, and welcomed at every step. His kindness and professionalism transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one
filled with comfort, trust, and laughter. ZignaGenix is fortunate to have him representing their values and patient care.
     As for the clinic—it exceeded all expectations. I had the best week ever, and I credit that to
the incredible ZignaGenix Tijuana team:
• Andrea, the phlebotomist, was so skilled that patients were praising her for leaving no
bruises or marks whatsoever.
• Mariana managed our breakfasts, lunches, and snacks like a pro. Her omelets, energy bars,
beet juice, and coffee were a daily highlight.
• The chef who prepared and delivered our hot meals every morning deserves recognition
too—the food was excellent.
• Anna Karen, the clinical director, went above and beyond to schedule MRI imaging for me at
another hospital, even though I waited until the end of the week to request it.
• Ruben, another shuttle driver, transported me to that hospital and was as professional, kind,
and supportive as anyone could ask for.
• Dr. Oscar Ochoa called me personally before the procedure to answer my questions and
invite further discussion. During treatment, his bedside manner was beyond
compare—genuine, compassionate, and calming. In a moment of gratitude, I told him I loved
him. Without hesitation, he smiled and said he loved me too. It was a simple but unforgettable
gesture of humanity.
• CEO Carlos Ituarte was an unexpected delight—dynamic, humorous, engaging, and
genuinely connected with every patient he met.
     Every single person at ZignaGenix went above and beyond to accommodate the patients’
needs. Their philosophy seems to be summed up in one word: “Yes.”
     I began the week anxious about being in Tijuana and ended it impressed, grateful, and eager
to return – both to ZignaGenix and the Hotel Real del Río. (I’m still thinking about that
breakfast buffet!). Next time, I’ll make sure to take advantage of their massages, too.
     As for the treatments themselves, everything went smoothly. I experienced mild evening
inflammation, but it was unclear whether that was due to diet, activity, or the therapy itself.
Otherwise, I had no complications.
    I plan to have my blood work rechecked in about a month, which will determine my next steps. I'll update this review.

As a former Hygienist I had  many issues slowly coming on. I went down the conventional path of Drs and specialist’s and even HRT. Finally when NOTHING got better I thought I have to do something very different. I heard Dr Pompa speak and it made sense… but could it be true ?  Well 6 mons later I’m 40 lbs lighter my Blood Sugar is normal my A1C it back in normal ranges and my blood pressure is better than in my 20’s . 
I still have upstream issues, but now I know I can really get free from my symptoms and heal the cell.
