incorrectly made lenses and so far 3 weeks of delays to get replacements started
lenses for ray ban wayfarer gen2 arrived within 2 weeks but they did not fit as they were oversized therefore useless
I have been working with customer service for over three weeks now and it is a tiring and annoying process of delayed responses and additional requests for more information and I also received a statement that new lenses were being made followed by responses that they are still getting approval to remake the lenses which is unacceptably frustrating
My first experience and will probably be may last time to work with VR Wave unless they raise their game and take action to replace their defective lenses asap
A good plan for replacement lenses has become an ongoing unending frustration with a lack of communication or commitment
I will update my review as progress is made
