Customer rep great, DFS GDPR compliance needs review
The young man helping me was very good. My only issue was with the mandatory collection of personal data (name, phone number, email and address) where I was purchasing a floor model end table that we were walking out of the store with. No need for all that data to be processed and controlled by dfs and the inability to opt out runs counter to the intention of the GDPR legislation. If I can’t refuse consent for this, there is a problem with your process. Also took ages to simply check out for a small purchase - why?
