Poor customer service

Measurements are not according to specs when asked for refund communicated that you need to deliver parcel to us for refund and need to bear the shipping charges

Amazing if we were able to ship parcel to you what's the point to buy online

Its your responsibility to inspect goods are according to client order and if mistakenly sent incorrect why client to pay return charges when it's your mistake

We are so sorry to know about your experience. Yes, you are absolutely right that customers shouldn’t have to bear the return cost if the outfit received isn’t as per the order.

Please know that in case of any issue with the delivered outfit for local orders, we do refund the shipping charges as well once the return is processed. We would request you to kindly initiate the return process through our website by logging into your LAAM account, and we’ll ensure the courier charges are refunded along with the returned outfit amount.

Again, we are not happy with your recent experience with us.
