Hello

You cancelled part of my order without consulting with me in advance? The item you cancelled was my main requirement. I added other products to my order because I was already paying the shipping fee. Now I will not receive the main item j needed and instead I have just paid the flat shipping fee for no reason. Can you make immediate contact with me?

Further Update on 27th October:
It's wise to make contact with the customer BEFORE you despatch an order after you have cancelled any part of the order. No one consulted me prior to the order being dispatched to ask me if I wanted to select an alternative outfit after you cancelled the one I had ordered. That way I could have added a replacement to the same order. Honestly it's really straight forward to do that, you had my contact email already and it would have taken a minute. So now I have had to to and from with your customer service reps whose solution to this issue has been poor unfortunately. Please listen to your valued customers. We will come back to you fur future purchases if you have a fair and sensible approach to customer issues. I have received the order today but sadly there are two items that have arrived damaged and either need replacing at your convenience or reimbursing me. I have just sent Whatsapp images of the two items. If you can please find your way to responding within a sensible timescale that would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
Further Update:
Oh dear, it gets worse. In order to return the damaged items or be refunded I have received a WhatsApp message from Laam customer services to Raise An Issue via my Laam account. Despite sharing the photos, order details and description of the damaged items with them immediately on receiving the goods, it's back to me to chase this! Not good at all, especially as the Raise an Issue is not an option available to customers online, I can't find it at all. Starting to get the feeling that the Laam customer service process is not really designed to resolve issues. Quite the opposite, as a customer you get the run around by Laam and in the end decide to give up. There is a lot of choice for customers to go to other online retailers. Laam you are losing income and customers - simple resolutions to this. Message me, I can give you some helpful tips and training for free on how to not lose customers 😔
