Couldn't have gone smoother!
We had trouble making modifications to one of our pages on our site. I was very nervous having to trust an outside company to get into our internal systems. They were very patient, knowledgeable and communicative about what the issue was and fixed it in less than 24 hours! I received a work summary INCLUDING A VIDEO of how I can fix it myself in the future! I don't think I've ever found a company that does that! I think the price we paid was more than fair and if we should run into any more trouble, coming back to woohelpdesk would be a no-brainer!
