Extremely unsatisfactory service
Extremely unsatisfactory service, after letting them know multiple times to write a message on the birthday cake, it was received plain with no message at all. And when I tried to complain they stopped replying to my messages.

Your order was scheduled for midnight delivery, and unfortunately, the bakery did not have an icing cone available at that time, which made it impossible to include the message on the cake and we added your message in the card and delivered with your cake
We assure you that we did not ignore your message — we received your call and responded to your complaint, explaining that this situation was beyond our control. The cake was delivered in good condition and was not damaged in any way.
As a gift delivery service, we sometimes face such challenges with our partner bakeries during late-night hours, but we truly understand your disappointment and apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll continue improving to provide a smoother experience in the future.
