Laam needs to improve their services
My sister placed an order with laam. The order number is 20702774. My sister gifted these dresses and we paid COD in Pakistan.
LAAM IS FAKE. They approved the refund of one item but rejected the refund of the expensive item. They said they didn’t receive it. We sent the receipt of both parcels to them. No response.

We are really sorry to know about your experience. After checking our records, we can confirm that both of your returned outfits were received at our warehouse in two separate shipments.
As per our process, refunds are initiated once the return is received and verified. The refund for your second item has now also been initiated and will be completed within 5 to 7 working days. This update has already been shared with you by our support team.
