Used to be my go-to shop for Japanese snacks and accessories, but it's been quite a few months since I ordered and my order still hasn't shipped. Now, the issue is, I'm fine with waiting - but before I ordered, I had no clue about the whole US tarrifs warehouse what not. If I knew before hand and it was actually stated on the website, it'd be fine, but I now no longer need the stuff that I ordered as it was for multiple birthdays that have all since passed. Not to mention, there haven't even been any emails from Blippo themselves to explain why my order hasn't shipped, which you'd expect considering it says somewhere on their shipping page that shipping normally takes around 1-2 weeks. Considering that it's way past 2 weeks, you'd think they'd send a follow-up message to reassure that my order hasn't been forgotten?
It's really quite a shame and feels quite scummy. Though they do do some great packing with cute heart-shaped packing peanuts...
