DISHONEST PRACTICE
ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED AFTER MONTHS. I placed an order with Blippo 1st August, after weeks of it not being sent I had to go out of my way to find out what was happening. Despite some of their comments here the company DOES NOT tell you when ordering they were going through this "warehouse change", and DOES NOT give the customer the option to decide whether they'd like to wait for months or for never for their order. They only give you the explanation if you chase them up multiple times. They are still unable to provide me any date for my order coming, and only send generic emails in response with zero time frame or resolution. Just that orders are now shipping. I'll believe it when I see it. Surely if the back orders are now being released they could say what backdated month is now being dispatched etc, but no. They have taken so many peoples money when they knew full well they couldn't fulfill their orders. I want my items so I am deciding to still wait until the end of the year, after which I will have to seek a refund. I am beyond disappointed.
