Ok the company's shipping equipment wasn't working correctly and my order was sent to wrong address, I can understand that.
Once I contacted Bulkfoods.com and explained my situation, They promptly explained my order and it was at my door ASAP.
I would say that was an excellent costumer service experience and am very happy with their choices of hard to find natural ingredients that are needed to prepare a variety of ethnic foods and foods for people on medical regulated diets which I specialize in.
Great selection at reasonable prices!
Will use them again and recommend!
