I love the product overall, i recommend it to every friend and family.

Service wise, I did not enjoy the transaction.
The items took a while to ship, which I understand they can not control.
But also after inquiring about tracking I received a timeline matter response but no tracking number just assurance it was in its way.
When I received the order, the order included a free gift which I did not receive.
The seamoss looked like it has been in the storage bag for longer than can be.
