While I’ve not used the product yet since I just ordered it, I can vouch for the customer service! I made an error on my order ( totally my fault). When I contacted Emi at customer service, she explained what I had failed to do, but then rectified my error and for my troubles offered a discount! Imagine! It was my error and they not only fixed it, but showed complete empathy. To me, this proves the company is almost more interested in serving customers satisfactorily than selling product. They want their clients to be satisfied; a rarity in today’s world. I sure hope this product works on my hair! Fingers crossed!
