The cheese is fantastic! I’ve ordered the 72 month old Parmesan previously…this time, the 36 month old Parmesan. I’ll be using this for my lasagna amongst other things.
It’s hard, if not impossible, to find anything better!

Shipping is quite slow…and, tracking is confusing at best? My order was received on 9October. Today is 17Oct and still no update on the day of delivery. I did contact CS to inquire delivery date…all they could tell me is it is “on the way”.
