Scam-like service — don’t waste your money!
We bought XCover protection with our event tickets, thinking it would give us peace of mind in case something unexpected happened. Unfortunately, my friend broke her arm before the event — a real medical emergency — and they still refused our claim because the incident happened slightly outside their “coverage period.”

If you buy something called refund protection, you’d expect it to actually protect you in emergencies. Instead, XCover hides behind fine print and impossible timelines. There’s no real support, no flexibility, and zero compassion.

Honestly, this feels like a scam. Don’t pay for this “protection” — it’s completely useless when you actually need it.
